Hey, here's my application for the club. I hope to submit stuff in the future, but I'm not fond of making my submissions creature suggestions. I'd rather kinda keep them to myself...

Anyway-

biograpy ( just say a bit about your mascot ) : C-D is a dragon hatchling who loves music. She joined the Fantasy Valley's club not only because her initial letters are part of the club's title, but she consders herself to be a cute dragon, which makes her a perfect fit for the club! (right?) C-D always keeps some form of CD/compact disc with her to play on her very own CD player. She likes how shiny CDs are so decided against upgrading to an MP3 player, etc. She keeps her CD player in her pouch and has hi-tech headphones to cushion her dragon ears. To give her ears a well deserved break, sometimes she'll leave her devices at home and hum herself some tunes instead.

I, dragonnn, pledge to defend the Dragons and the fantasy valley and protect everything there.

No . You must just draw a May themed picture if you're talking about the competition. An artist's job is to draw dragon creature that don't exist on egg cave ! You could even make it a suggestion if you want !
