Creatures level are not being increased :(

Not sure if it's for everyone or only me, but yesterday it didn't (my Alkub level was 1927 two days ago and still, however he has been in click Exchange and should be immortal now :S)

I tried refreshing and clearing my browser's cache and restarting my Internet browser but it still the same ☹️

Same! My Hinonia has more than 6,000 stats and should be immortal now but I still haven't receive any notifications about it being immortal and the level's still 1983... :Z

Same, I wasn't sure sure it didn't update yesterday either since I didn't pay enough attention to the levels the day before but now I know my suspicions were right.
Was gonna wait til today to see if they'd update now but if not was gonna make a topic but ya beat me to it lol

Ouch xD I was cheking all the time to see if there was a topic already, I don't like to make them myself cause my English is not the best and maybe they don't understand what I'm trying to explain T-T

@Orderedchaos has brought to my attention that it seems to be a image problem instead of an actual levels not updating problem. I was just wondering if any of you had gotten notifications of your creatures becoming immortal that you are speaking about. Check back in your notifications a few days just to make sure if you could please. 😃

Nope I haven't gotten the notifications for them though that's been like that for awhile I think before this problem though

I have checked and the last notification about a creature being immortal was the 21st of June. The creature I was talking about should be immortal the 24th of June because I received a notification "Your creature _Smokey_ has reached its maximum clicks at the Click Exchange and has been removed."

I think they are immortal even without the levelling or the notification, if I list my creatures by highest level, my olimpt I've been immortalising that is stuck at level 1912 is listed above another creature of mine which is level 2032, so I think the site knows they're above level 2000 just not showing it or telling us? Maybe?😊

Yes, I also believe this is what is happening. They are immortal but the picture isn't actually updating nor are some people getting notifications that they became immortal. Just a small issue that Ian can resolve probably rather quickly.

That is a good way to check because if they are immortal, they will be in with your immortal creatures by level.

To everyone: This bug is now officially fixed. If you are still seeing old/wrong level numbers on your creature images please clear your browser's cache.
