About Creature Suggestions

I've been a user on this site for a while, I think I started a year or two before I created this account after I lost my first one. But I was wondering, with the creature suggestions, how is one chosen to become an official creature? Like, how often are they looked at? There are tons of suggestions but I haven't seen one become a creature in a while.

Don't quote me on this, but I think it's up to the artists to choose the creature suggestions, and if they want to create it, they'd (hopefully) notify someone of an higher rank and then proceed to create it. There haven't been a creature suggestion created in quite a while now, perhaps they can start making at least one quarterly? Lol I think that'll be nice.

Ok lol thanks, I had been wondering because there are all these new creatures every month, but none of them have been creature suggestions, at first I thought comment numbers were what determined it, combined with if the artists liked it, but then I thought about it and knew that couldn't be just it

@fakeworld @ami_utsukushii User suggested creatures are chosen by both the artists (if they have an Egg Cave account) and by the staff. It has nothing to do with post count, popularity, ect. Its just what we feel would fit in best with the site.

There will be user suggested creatures released again at some point. Releasing users suggested creatures less often makes those creatures more special when they are created.
