Egg Description: They were initally a lot bigger in space,
with layers of shell. The surface is reflective, showing
nothing but the celestial sky and imprinting the
constellations upon it.

Upon it's descent into Ark, the layers peeled off, making
the egg much smaller and able to be picked up. It is warm
to the touch, and impossible to break.

Creature Description: Samawi stay in their highly
protective eggs during and after the descent, using their
now uncovered ears to listen out for any danger. If they
feel safe enough, they will crack open the shell.

The stardust and imprints left on the shell of the egg get
copied by the Samawi's equally reflective fur, marking that
particular part of space as their home.

Adult Samawi's are highly sought after creatures by
astrologists and cosmologists as star maps and travel
guides.

It looks beautiful! And man, look at that egg. I could freeze that in that stage. As pretty as the Snolo egg *~*

The description seems fine. I don't remember reading another creature with that description...hmm..I can see this as a CC creature or a SAR creature (since scientist wants it lol).

I especially like the constellation and the colors on the fur. It's a really nice touch. If I recall correctly, we don't have cute teddy bear creatures (there is bears, but they're more realistic). It reminds me of that glacial ice bear pokemon :0

The only problem I can forsee with this art is the "complexity" of the colors. I think the colors of this creature (around the neck) and the constellation a "decent creature" to a "awesome creature." The artists we have now, from what I see, may have a hard time recreating it. (smaller drawing space and lower resolution) . Hmm, I dunno. That's just my thought.

Regardless, I would love seeing this as a creature. I'm not sure if the artist (as of now) is capable of replicating it, but who knows 😱 Need that constellation bear.

Actually, an idea 😋 On halloween week, there is a constellation game. I think the prize can be this bear since they're both, well, constellation-themed. 😋

aaa! Thank you for such a quick response. I've seen a
few of your suggestions up on the forum so hearing from
you is a blessing 😃

that's great! The biggest issue I had when posting it was
the description. I'm not entirely well versed on every
single creature and I kept half expecting someone to
be like "[x] has already done it!!" haha

Now that you mention it, it does kind of! oh wow I
completely forgot about that. I don't usually use them
in Pokémon, so I guess it must have went over my
head. I might have to do a sliiiiight design change if
it conflicts with the creature suggestion rules

I'll add the SAR when I go to edit the main post, and
credit you for the suggestion~

Hmm, as for the picture, I can try recolouring it to
remove the shading, maybe just post up the lineart
and, if it gets approved, let the artists use their own
colours. Maybe have two versions (original / basic )

Everyone could use a constellation bear for their cove!

That's another good idea, I didn't even know that was
a thing. Will add & credit!

I really like it ❤️ and it does favor the pokemon Beartic, but not a whole lot so it's OK 😋 lol But I'd love to have this as a creature~ I don't have a lot of bear creatures -only one if im correct- and i adore the color Blue and stars.

That's why I chose a bear creature to begin with, I don't think there is that many out there already so it'd be a nice, unique addition! I'm glad you like it~
