@school600@pitch1226@niale@sheepfox(TIME SKIP-- I didn't feel like making multiple posts for when they were going back to the lab, so I'm just going to skip to then.)When Leonard and Irwin approached the main building, it was nearly nightfall. The sun was flooded in amber light, and thin clouds snaked across the horizon, obscuring the bright evening sun."Okay, I have a meeting, so I guess I'll see you later." Leonard shrugged as he entered the glassy doors, "I should probably heal my Pokémon anyway.""All right! I'll see you later." Irwin replied, faking a smile. Leonard took a sharp right turn into a room labeled HEALING STATION-- FOR TRAINER'S POKÉMON ONLY (NO EXPERIMENTED SPECIMENS ALLOWED) in big, bold letters across the door. Irwin paused in the hallway for a moment, and before going back to his regular lab, he walked right past it into a decrepit-looking chamber at the very end of the hallway. The bright, florescent lights were burnt out this far back, so the area was eerily dim, only lighted by a pale green glow from the small window on the door from the other side. He hesitantly clutched the handle on the door and crept in.Inside the room was multiple large-scale experiments kept in huge test tubes filled with bubbling, transparent liquid to keep them from decomposing. He walked right past the specimens in the tubes and stopped right in front of the one in the back. A young man in his mid-twenties floated in the clear preservative, floating creepily and hooked up to a few cords stuck on his pale, smooth skin-- Irwin's human body.Irwin's flame shrunk down, as if it were afraid of his original body in the test tube. A chill was sent down his back as he stared at the soft, youthful face, still covered in a thin layer of stubble and in a fresh lab coat, entirely empty and without any mind to inhabit it. Irwin's head throbbed, like his mind was yearning to be free of its Infernape prison and return to its true body.Pale green light illuminated the cold, dead laboratory as he stood rigid, longingly staring at his own uninhabited corpse.
