troy hopped onto the sand, coughing. then he shook the water off himself like a dog and faced pepper.

troy:

"thanks for saving me, how am i gonna repay you?"

troy hesitated.

troy:

"lets hide irwin so the other scientists dont find him. come on, navy and cynthia and pepper, i have an idea."

troy started building a wooden cage. he finished and went over to the others.

troy:

"put him here, but give him water and food so he knows what we feel like. this cage is stronger than it looks."

troy started dragging irwin. he opened the cage and put irwin in, giving him a few berries and a medium sized cup of water.

"Ooooo a cage to take away ones freedom as a once someone said, what you do or say comes back around!" Navy wanted to get his hands on revenge so badly that when he used to be against it made him change after the experiments.
Cynthia had a bad idea about this, if Irwin is a fire type, and that was made of wood it's going to set it on fire.
'Won't he burn it?' She wrote in the dirt with a stick to Troy.

troy though about the fact that they wouldn't be able to carry him.

"lets make some kind of bridge, i guess."

troy started throwing rocks in the water, then started using sturdy wood and started to build a bridge.

"Sure, but is Pepper ok with that? Also what if he tells his co-workers about us and send other flying Pokemons! We'll be at a disadvantage trying to carry you guys while fighting!" Navy throughly thought this too as Cynthia sometimes. "Nevermind we will build a bridge I guess."
Cynthia nodded at this and laughed a little if she could when Troy made the comment about Pepper weighing less than 10lbs. She started to help build, but wondered how on earth are they getting this much wood so quickly.

the good thing for troy was that since one of his abilities was heavy weight, he weighed over 100 pounds, and would be very hard to carry back to the lab.

troy kept putting wood down for the bridge.

(also did I mention that Irwin loved bird Pokémon? *sobs* I miss this awful dork already. Wish I could bring him back.)

The shell on one of the large fossil Pokémon eggs in Irwin's lab began to crack. The rest had been stillborns, but the Archen chick inside this egg was still alive. Its primitive beak pierced the thick eggshell valiantly until it shattered, leaving the newly hatched Archen defenseless and born into a world where there was no one to take care of it. It was already about a foot tall and had developed features, as it was related to reptiles and evolved to function as soon as it hatched.

Polly squawked loudly, as it was the first exciting thing to happen in the lab since Irwin left for good. Both Pokémon were unaware of their owner's death.

The Archen hatchling hissed at Polly in a weak tone, the still wet feathers on his back standing on end. Polly didn't seem to care and hopped into the corner of her cage. As soon as he realized that Polly didn't seem much for conversation, the first thing to cross the young prehistoric Pokémon's mind was escape. He feebly hopped off the desk and approached the door, which was fortunately cracked open. He nudged it open and walked out into the hall curiously. Dim light filtered in from the glass doors to the outside world, guiding him to where the other Pokémon were.

Outside, the Porygon swooped in on the escaped Pokémon, trying to force them back into the building. Their bodies were more solidified than normal, as they usually had a holographic, incorporeal quality to them. It seemed that even artificial Pokémon such as Porygon could express determination towards a task.

Cynthia started to get a little more wood, they were almost finished with the bridge.

A Porygon2 used Tri-Attack on Cynthia to stop her from getting any more materials for the bridge. They desperately wanted to stop them from finishing anything.

troy stood on guard. im not going back to that death trap. i dont want to die! fourtunatly, since irwin was dead, if they did get caught and brought back to the lab, at least irwin wouldn't.....oh nevermind.

Cynthia alarmed responding to her natural instincts used Aerial Ace on the Porygon2. She stopped to examine it carefully seeing that it was from the lab.
Navy saw the attack and yelled out "there's another Pokemon sent for us!" He started to fight back with Psychic.

The Porygon2 crashed to the ground, first flickering in and out of reality like a hologram, then going completely still, as if it were simply a toy. Its pupils faded, leaving nothing but vacant white sclera in its eyes.

The other Porygon beeped angrily and lunged at the other Pokémon, firing beams from all directions. They were furious over the death of their creator, Irwin, who developed the Porygon2 model (not the Porygon-Z, though) and the defeat of the other Porygon, and were awfully good at making their anger clear despite their lack of facial expression.

Cynthia used her Giga Drain on all of them, but once she did she ran out of energy very quickly.
Navy was using Air Slash at them too, but there were many of the Porygons that kept hitting him in the air.

The five Porygons' bodies wavered from the attack, but they returned to normal after a few seconds. They beeped robotically, dismissing Troy's pleas. The two Porygon-Z used Magnet Rise on him, working together to move him back into the building. A Porygon2 used Psychic to open the doors, and the two Porygon-Z hurled him inside using electromagnetic pulses. The doors psychically slammed behind him, locking the door in place.

They turned their attention to the rest of the escapees, with the exception of one of the Porygon2 who kept watch over the door.

troy let off a low growl. he kept headbutting the doors til the doors finally gave way, and troy charged back, tackling one of the porygon. i'm not going in that death trap again! why wont they stop forcing us to go there???!?!?!?

troy:

"i'm warning you, porygon....get lost or get bossed.....and by that i mean leave us alone or face and unexpected death!"

It simply rang uncaringly, picking up Troy with magnetic energy again and flinging him around for fun. Porygon2 weren't programmed with emotions or desires outside of their assigned task, but they seemed to adapt a mischievous algorithm on their own, causing it extreme 'joy' to see Troy flying around.

The Archen pecked the two doors that had just been shut in front of him. He hissed at them as if they were an enemy, but they were not, so they didn't budge. He didn't seem to hear the battling on the other side at all.

Scorpio paced his cage "Go check the lab again." BUT IT SOOOO FAR. "GO CHECK!" I'M GOING I'M GOING! Shadow slipped through the bars. He went towards the lab, but stopped. He returned to Scorpio. UMM THERES A BIRD COMING.

Pepper used thunderbolt. "PUT TROY DOWN OR ELSE!"

every time they flung troy around, he felt powerless. he had a boiling rage inside him. his brain wanted to fight, but the rest of him gave up. maybe pepper shouldn't have saved me....

troy seemed to surrender physically. every time the porygon flung him around, he hit the ground, and each time he did so, he seemed more and more dead. he wanted to tell pepper that she should save herself, but he didn't have enough strength. his eyes stopped glowing and returned to their normal blue color, not glowing. he felt weak. everything grew blurry. no...no...am i dying? i don't wanna die now! i'm not gonna die to these levitating piles of scrap metal! i cant die now! not now! please! he thought, desperately.

Pepper noticed Troy starting to give up. "Troy, keep fighting! You always told us to, now take your own advice!" Rage boiled through out her body. Sparks began to fly off her body. This stupid place have caused to many hardships. First Scorpio, now Troy.

he tried to fight his eyes closing shut, but he simply couldn't re-open them. he had bruises, scars, and maybe a few broken bones, but he couldn't brake free of the magnetic pull of the porygons.

Cynthia used one last time a Giga Drain on one of the Porygons, and transferred it to Troy to keep him alive.
Navy was Using Psychic to slam one of the Porygons on the wall.

troy opened his eyes a little, with slightly more energy now. he used all his might to get out the the magnetic grip and succeeded, barely. he couldn't open his eyes fully and his legs shook. he was alive, but weak.

troy used rock slide. the pile of rocks slid towards the porygon, but it was slower, considering his current strength. he felt slightly hungry, but put it off, not wanting to be the princess peach in a life or death situation, begging for help and acting helpless.

troy:

"let's j-just run. we've got no time to lose!"

troy wouldn't usually run from a battle, but he needed to, otherwise, the energy that he got back would be useless.

troy used all his power to use reversal on the porygon, then ran for his life across the bridge and jumped off at the end.

troy started paddling really quickly at first out of panic, but then he thought about peaceful things, and started floating just fine, so long as he was breathing normally. he swam faster, despite the pain, desperate to get to an area where they could finally be free.

several hours later, he reached a small island, completely exhausted. he panted for about 10 minutes straight. he was hungry, and seeing that there was no metal in sight, he crawled around, trying to find an area to stay hidden before he passed out, or.....

he had bruises, cuts, scars and broken bones. he didn't need more. he crawled behind a few trees. troy knew that the others, including the porygons would come looking for him. at this point, the porygon could carry him across the ocean, and maybe even drop him in the ocean for amusement. he was hungry, thirsty, exhausted, tired, and had bad health conditions. considering those, he passed out.

little did he know that a darkrai was floating around not far from him.

After the other Pokémon had left, the Porygon looked at eachother with concern, their emotionless faces staring at eachother expectantly. One of them glitched slightly, triggering no response from its cohorts. Simultaneously, they all rotated their heads to inspect the water where Irwin died.

One Porygon2 floated over and tried to enter the water to retrieve him, but its body discharged and shocked the water around it. It quickly floated away, calculating what it should do. The other Porygon picked up its signals and pondered it, too.

troy was barely breathing. the porygons had knocked the air out of him not to long ago. a few hours later, when he was in a very slightly better condition, he had the most disturbing nightmare he ever had.

when he woke up, it was in the middle of the night. the darkrai was gone, and the moon was the only source of light around. his legs were shaking, he was hungrier than before, thirstier, most exhausted and more tired despite his "sleep".

at this point, i'll eat just about anything he thought. i wonder what tree bark tastes like?

he walked over to a tree, wobbling a little, and ripped of a big chunk of tree bark. he bit off half of it. he heard rustling in some bushes behind him. he turned towards the bushes. if this was a predator, he was nearly defenseless. if this was someone who wouldn't attack him, it could be prey, but he rarely ate meat. in fact, he rarely ate living things, even berries, in general.

Pepper looked around. She lost sight of Troy. She didn't know where to run. Not knowing what else to do, she ran towards the lab. Maybe I can find Scorpio.
