For the love of rats... Or hate.

We love them or hate them. And I'm on the love side 😸. Tell me the reasons for loving or hating them or if they are somewhere down the middle. I think they are cute, intellegent and I just like rodents overall. So that does my answer, tell me what you think of rats.

I'm neutral about them. Some rats can be cute and some rats aren't cute. I've also heard stories of people getting bitten by rats.

It kinda depends for me. I've never seen one apart from pictures, but I don't mind them.

I hate rats. They're gross, unhygenic, they carry diseases and they roam around your house pooping and eating all your food. It's awful. + they R great @ hiding which mind you is actually a bad thing 4 us since my Mom is scared of them. Because of their furless tails *cough cough* lol.

A rats tail is completely hairless, it has guard hairs but having a rat infestation would be a nightmare! Especially since they can have rittens (baby rats) with no end. I live with someone who hates rats too. Do you currently have unwanted rats at home?

I wouldn't imagine how you can get rid of them, plus they can chew through concrete.
I can't imagine how to get rid of them since they are small, I heard the peanut butter trap works though, I would use a plastic spoon as I wouldn't want them to to touch my cutlery.

I LOVE rats! Well, the tame kind anyway. I used to kill the wild kind at my grandma's house for her, those are bad, but the tame ones are AWESOME!

Rats are really really cute! So are mice!

I would love to have a rat but my dogs and cats would probably eat them.. Also I might be allergic to them. I'm allergic to hamsters and gerbils so I'm guessing I might be allergic to rats and mice too.

I saved a field mouse last year from the dogs. He was really soft and cute. Thankfully he didn't bite me. 😋

I believe the wild ones can grow up to the size of small dogs since there's so much food you can eat out there. If there are rats on a ship, or any place they will let you know there's danger by them running away in packs quickly. Also, they're very intelligent that's why they are also used in experiments, especially the one where they have to find the food at the end of a maze. Rats and mice can have tons of babies that's why they're always found in packs. You may just see one, but there's most likely a family of them somewhere nearby. And they're so cute when they're lil babies.😊

That's good! I don't like most bugs. I'm okay with ladybugs, butterflies, and caterpillars. That's about it.

I have a trampoline, and they all seem to fly on there. One time, I stayed off for a week because a spider jumped out at me and landed on my shirt.

Agreed, they are like the cutest thing ever! The younger ones have a longer more pointed snout but are smaller too. There is nothing wrong with their tails, they are long and hairless so they can cool down easily when hot.

yeah, i used to have one (wild) in my room, i would wake up with poop on my bed (grossXD) but i never saw it or anything.
and i never saw any damage to my stuff, either. which was curious. so i just ignored it.😸
