So I always wondered: "when you buy a SARC creature, why doesn't the Ec you spent on that creature go into the fund for the new creature?" So, why can't that happen?

@teddy267 Yeah, I quite like that idea, but I'm not sure whether the egg cave team would implement it. Maybe it could be a proportion of the fee you pay goes into the fund for the new creature instead?

@teddy267 I think that's because the EC you donate is to be used for research and development of that creature. It's like any other "product" or "invention". People do tend to get some kind of perks, at least a congratulatory placard or something 😉I think those that donate a certain percentage of the whole goal should get "something"... .. or maybe put them into a drawing for a special prize, or make it dependent on the goal being met within a certain time period that way we aren't waiting 6 months or more on one creature ???
