I can absolutely do 3,000 Clicks for your creature except that It'll be after all of jazzyleia's creature's are finished and will only cost you 30k [Any creature needing over 1,000ec costs 30,000ec]

Actually, a creature is Immortal when it reaches 6,000 Interactions (Thus equaling level 2,000) but Levels don't update in real time - I think they roll over at around 3 like most other things do. Your creature is actually Immortal, it just wont look like it until tomorrow.

Honestly I'm not sure about the notifications, I think there is one for when your creature is Immortal but they don't always work (at least not for me anyway).
If you're having doubts you can always check Tims, the Hide Immortals feature works no matter what the Level counter says.
