i though since when you would like to gift something you could like have a gift-wrapping shop were you can pay a certain amount of ec for you gift to be wrapped, like the more stuff in it to more it costs...it could include items and creature maybe at the limit of 5 creatures and 15 items... you can also choose the color the box it when it is gifted like an item to them...maybe a notification in the middle of the screen with confetti, then when the open the box you get a private message from the giver and then see what's inside...

I like this idea. It would be nice to have a little surprise box to open instead of just a lot.

Maybe there could even be a system of really cool boxes that cost EC so the more elaborate boxes cost more but they're more decorative and can be reused, or come with a bonus item.

and it would be easier cause it would be a full surprise instead and you don't have to return a random creature for the trade...you can also customize... it would be fun to see people get a gift for the first time...

thank you, i would think the prices wouldn't be that high and it would be affordable plus it is quick and simple with personal details you can change or add to make it prettier when you gift it to the person...so yeah, me too 😸

I love this idea! And, a suggestion, you could have in settings, a choice whether or not you want to be able to be gifted. And you cannot gift people that have turned this off. Other than that, it is a magnificent idea! 😸

But if we were to have the setting like these wouldn't it make it unfair if egg cave were to send gifts, Christmas time and there are not there to fix it or that they have forgotten it...

You have a point. But what if someone filled your inventory with useless junk that you didn't want. What then? Or if you didn't want anything from anyone.

True, true... then maybe the egg cave mods can open a new shop where you can check whether yours friends are open for a secret santa making sure the gifting goes only to the person you got? Like secret santa?

I already posted before/above, but MEH! This suggestion shall never get old! XD Plus, if we could wrap creatures and send them as gifts, I totally want to see someone attempt to wrap a Fiamma- it's all flames XD 😋

Also regarding the thing you were chatting with Flowerlynx. What if the other person could choose what types of gifts they will accept? Wait, no. The gifts should probably only be sent to friends, unless you want to gift a starter pack to newbies ^^
