Egg:
The Junebu egg has a glossy, green metallic shine. Junebu eggs are laid in large clutches, held together by thin layers plant fiber and dew. Whilst the shiny egg may look appealing to predators, Junebu eggs are surprisingly hard and will not crack, even under high pressure.
Creature:
The Junebu is a small, migratory insect native to Ark Island. It only appears from June to July, then flies to a secret location that has not yet been discovered. The Junebu is often mistaken for the common June bug, but Junebus are much different. The Junebu is much larger and flies faster. In fact, the Junebu is distantly related to the June bug, for they are closer to grasshoppers! Surprisingly, the Junebu is not a garden pest, like it's similar cousin, but feeds on them. Junebu also keep birds away by swarming in large hordes. Farmers in the summer buy large crates of Junebu and release them as a natural, pest control that does not harm the crops. However, when winter starts to roll in, the colony of Junebu fly away to their secret home, not to return again until summer comes. The Junebu is shockingly not a recent discovery, as the SAR has discovered a set of ancient caves, thousands of years old, painted with symbols of the Junebu. The caves have since been inspected, but because they are so large the whole cave has not even been excavated yet. The Junebu caves are still closed to the public, but scientists believe that Ark may be one step closer to discovering the secret home of the elusive Junebu.
