Creature Transfers

I'm trying to move three creatures to a side, and instead of carrying all three, the transfer is dropping two (or a majority- I've tried selecting at least five and it dropped four) of the selected creatures and keeping one. I've had this happen a couple times now and it's getting incredibly irritating -.-

The number of creatures needing transferred is now four. I'm still having the same issue and am sick of cancelling requests because only one creature was left after all the others were dropped -.-

EDIT: Tried again and it still dropped all but one.

I still literally can't get all the creatures in one transfer request...

After testing the Transfer Requests in the live site, I have been unable to replicate your bug. Can you complete the following steps for me:

1. Create a new transfer request with X number of eggs

2. Please note and log ALL egg/creature IDs included in this transfer

3. Please note the account you're sending FROM and the account you're sending TO

4. Then attempt to "Accept Transfer" on the other account

5. Post all your information here, including ALL egg/creature IDs and the two accounts the transfer existed between

The request was sent from @rowyn to @lyrics-and-melodies. The total number of creatures went from the three in the original post to six: Coto04: 2061047, MoApr26: 2061170, Quad15: 2061163, Quadabc: 2061424, Yast15: 2061167, and Yastabc: 2061899.

When sent, the only creature that wasn't dropped was the cotofly. I was able to accept the request on my side.

Can you please create a new Transfer Request containing the creatures:

MoApr26: 2061170, Quad15: 2061163, Quadabc: 2061424, Yast15: 2061167, and Yastabc: 2061899
(everything except the cotofly)

from @rowyn to @lyrics-and-melodies but leave the transfer request open (i.e. do not accept it) so I can inspect it while it's open? Ping me back when the transfer request is pending and I'll take a look at it.

Thank you. I am showing that only MoApr26 egg ID #2061170 was physically added to this Transfer Request, not the others. Basically, only one creature was added to this request.

Did you select the others?

@Ian I selected all creatures mentioned and it kept only the Mo.

@rowyn thanks for letting me know about this. I'm currently working on fixing this. It's actually related to this topic:

The creature selector is hiding visibility when you search, which I think is "removing" the creature from the selected when the form is submitted. Hard to explain, but basically, I think I've figured out why this is happening. Working on a fix ASAP.

@rowyn this issue should now be fixed. Please cancel all of your Transfer Requests, then try again. Should be working now. 😃
