Does anyone know any tips for finding easter eggs ;-;

Title explains it all.

Main questions:

Can you find easter eggs on the background? if you could that would be extremely annoying.

And where's the best place to find them?xD

They look exactly like the egg 'hidden' in the Easter egg hunt blog post's text and hidden similarly (Each egg's color will vary of course), depending on the page you're on ...at the bottom of the page, top, hidden somewhere in the text.

In previous hunts, so you might come across the same egg multiple times even after you've clicked on it. But thankfully not this one

easter eggs are only found on the page, not the background. you'll be able to see the egg if it's inserted in between text, as they are placed where they can actually go, like a tiny picture. don't try refreshing the same page, it doesn't work this year.

yes, i found one in my cove, however, no other creatures had an egg or i just missed it haha

I've found 7 so far - 5 of the 7 were found while feeding my cove and other coves usually under 150 creatures per cove. The other two were shops.

I browsed all the archives and found a grand total of 13 eggs there, so yes, the archives are a good choice.

My first couple I did find with refreshing. One on the Thief shop page, and one at the Oasis. However, I have only found one at each location, but they are places that I do refresh regularly while I'm on. Scratch that. I just found a second one in the Thief Shop. Haven't found a creature for sale in weeks though.

I found about 10 in the archives.

A question......
Has anyone found any below the "Recently Feed" box while feeding? The scrolling is not playing nice with the arthritis in my fingers, and I'd like to stop if I can. My eyesight isn't what it used to be either, so I need to zoom in.

@muzb At the top near the species name. I'm not really scrolling anywhere now, and wasn't consistent through there either.

I found 5 eggs while feeding 283, one of them I lost cuz it was on the next egg bar

I think it actually really does not depend which pages are you using to find the eggs (archives, shops, feeding your creatures or others, click exchange). So you dont have to scroll through the archives, you can use your time better by trying to find them while feeding or click exchange so you can get some EC or stats for your creatures at the same time.

And eggs are only on the white part (not on the background), but can be anywhere, near the creature description or near the name and it is in that way for both archives and creatures. So if you want to collect your eggs within as short time as possible, SCROLLING IS NECESSARY.

But I dont think that "missing an egg" is possible. It will probably appear soon on another page you are visiting.

What I notice though is that the more eggs youve got, the more time it takes to find another one.

I might be wrong, but these are my thoughts by my own experience. I currently have 23 eggs.

Best way I've found is to be on a desktop/laptop, hold down ctrl and scroll with the mouse wheel to zoom in, and go feeding creatures. You often find them at the bottom in the 'about this egg' section. And while your at it, you can make some nice ec while feeding.


On the other hand though, every egg Ive found has been whitewashed, is this the case for anyone else? The eggs never look as colourful as they do after clicking--is this on purpose to make finding them harder?

And a tip from me: make pauses. Went through 15-20 pages with no result? Go drink some tea, watch a YouTube vid or do something else, then go back to collecting. Chances are high that your very next page will have an egg 😊

Alright I think I actually have to take that back lol. I thought I found an egg at the Thief Shop 2 times but I could have been mistaken, as I refreshed the page a lot of times but didn't encounter any more.

They're supposed to be embedded in the text on a page, right? I haven't found a single one so far.

Wouldn't it be cool if after you complete the hunt, the tiny eggs still show up, but when you click them it gives a little quote.....

Well, I finally found 2 eggs after feeding over 1,000 eggs and I didn't find them thru feeding either. I found it thru the blog, and archives. So I got 28 more to go over here. It's gonna be a long ride!

Yeah I hear you, I've been listening to youtube vids while searching for eggs and I also drink tea too, LOL But cold green tea, so I laughed when you posted what you were doing cause I'd not be able to just look at the screen without something keeping me going.

Ok after 2 whole days of looking I finally found all 30 eggs, yay! And no repeats not even one. So it may have taken longer to find them, but just being patient is the main key ingredient for this event most of all. Good Luck to everyone else in finding all their eggs.😊
