@moonweaver Why are my creatures on the waiting list when you said that you could have completed it weeks ago? It isn't about being impatient its about you giving me an inaccurate representation of when you can/will complete the service.

I'd rather have the refund you offered than wait another couple weeks for you to finish this.

Remember the update? That made it so I can only have a limited amount at a time and I did let you know that you were on the waiting list and that I'd ping you when it started. If you want I can still offer the refund for the 19 creatures that haven't started yet.

When you gave me the update you said that you would be able to put them back in within a week. It’s been four weeks since then. If you couldn’t do it within a week why would you lie and say that you could?

I’m saying that you’re misrepresenting your services by giving inaccurate time stamps on when you can put in creatures/immortalize.

All I wanted was to get what I paid for and it’s been over 4 weeks since you’ve put me on your waiting list and another 3-4 since I first paid you.

I’ll take the refund.
