I have a few items and i dunno how to use them (popcorn, spilled popcorn, plastic dagger, multiborder, morning flowers) what are they for and how do i use them?
Also i see that creatures have a "Items collected" section, whats that for?

You can either save the items for later (quests, having a specific theme per creature, etc.) by moving them to your Strongroom or you can use them with a creature to raise their happiness (and I think evolve stats.) When you're in your inventory click on the item and it should give you the options to select which creature to use it with.

The Items Collected it a list of items you have used on the creature.

What you do with an item really depends on the item. Food can be fed to your creatures, toys played with and books read. These also increase the happiness of your creature. Travels are the backgrounds on creature.

From memory, food items and travels are one use (except ones purchased with CC), and books and toys, while reusable, can break and disappear. To find out what purpose the item has, click on it in your inventory and there is a box at the bottom of the page asking what you want to do.

Many items can also be used in Quests ( https://eggcave.com/quests/rewards ) where you can earn tokens to win retired creatures. More info can be found here - https://eggcave.com/help/quests

You can also try to sell the items to people collecting or questing.


The "Items Collected" section shows all the items used on a creature. https://eggcave.com/help/items That's the player guide relevant to that.

Hi! Many people use the items for different reasons, to gain stats, do quests(as mentioned above) and place on the leaderboard. When you do a certain amount of quests you can get on the leaderboard and earn 25k EC at the end of the month, and if you collect a certain amount of items you can also place on the leaderboard and again earn 25k EC at the end of the month. Stats can also be improved and boosted, toys gain click stats, books gain view stats, and foods gain feed stats. Travels can be placed onto your creature too, but they don’t give any stats or make your creature happy.
