@snowywinter I always thought that the user who collected the item from the Donations had to replace the one who Donated's Name with 'eggcaveteam' - Perhaps I've been doing it wrong instead? (I'm still pretty new to EggCave) 😅

@lexian no worries. I was glad to see the thread getting a little more attention.But no, it's rare, retired items propagate randomly. Sort of like retired creatures in the Oasis.I wish I could share a screenshot (but my browser doesn't allow them.)They literally have eggcaveteam on them.Whew, mystery solved!I had so panicked at first when your post came up for the greenhouse travel. I was like *gasp emoji* "when did that retire?!" lol.Hope you can snag a retired item too at some point : Dcheers!

@snowywinter Ahh, Fairplay - I tend to wander over to the Donations Page whenever the Daily Quests call for items to be donated, sometimes I get lucky with users donating Random things but now I've got something to look forward to! 😊🎁EDIT: should I still label it 'eggcaveteam' or is it best to put who it came from? (I kinda like the anonymous way personally lol)

@lexian, I'm only looking for retired items in this thread. It started out as a way to see if the new feature was working (It had been weeks since it was rolled out and no one had seen a thing.) Then I realized along the way it was super neat seeing what other retired items people could snag and wanted to keep it going.If I had started it as a game then I probably would be open to all finds.Someone could probably start a new thread for that... or I'd be open to the *very occassional* "I know this isn't retired, but I was super excited to get this..." as long as they disclosed it's a regular donation item... (and perhaps why they were excited to get it. couldn't get it in shops, was perfect timing for a quest, favorite item, etc.)
