Do the creatures run out or do they continually restock?

They don't run out, but some can be taken out or added to the rotation.

@windy_willow Despite the Help page saying "without notice", last time a creature was retired from VEND we got advanced notice and a mod confirmed they'd always give advance notice for it.

Giving advance notice is a new thing. It was changed when we updated the Vend and removed the prize pools and allowed people to buy specific creatures.
