I have recently re watch all the scream movies. Please tell me I am no the only one loving them. Feel free to tell me your favorite one

@blueroxyfoxy I loved the first one. I've seen a few of the current remakes and they can't hold a candle to the original.

the 1st one was okay but the other re-makes basically suck

I hate to say this, but after the first and second one, they all went down hill. It seems that they needed "fillers" for lack of a better term, to continue on with the storyline. But I also have to admit, that having Billy's kid in the 5th one as one of the Ghostfaces was genius.

I love the franchise!
I love the OGs, Stu and Billy, But some of the newer Ghostfaces have been neat.

i actually think most of the sequels are pretty good c: for a "new generation" thing 5 and 6 were really strong entries into the series imo. i'm a little perturbed by what i've heard about the 7th movie behind the scenes but the first six movies will always have a place in my heart.

I agree with what has been said before! The first two (maybe three) were great - the first being the absolute best. It felt very ahead of its time. I love those movies that can be enjoyed across generations, that have a "resurgence" when the kids get hooked on it.

I typically hold this opinion about most movie series, but I do think it inevitably gets a little silly after four entries. Sometimes filmmakers do not really think about what more can be done with a concept if you understand.
