@lexicon A few fitness books I've learned from:

Simple & Sinister by Pavel Tsatsouline, a book based on a very simple kettlebell routine, great if you plan on working out at home. I follow this programming the most.

Move Your DNA by Katy Bowman, this is more of a lifestyle book but was a pretty big influence on me.

Knee Ability Zero by Ben Patrick, aka knees over toes guy. This book is more about exercises for the lower body and strengthening the knees. He also runs a YouTube channel and you can find a lot of great information there.

Functional Training and Beyond by Adam Sinicki, this guy is also on YouTube as the Bioneer.

Also FitnessFAQ is on YouTube and is another big influence for me

When I was in elementary school, my favorite number was 7. But I eventually changed it because it turned out to be everyone's favorite number! XD I still like it, but I have more meaning to my new favorite(s). 😊
