Demon stepped into the moonlight. She seemed to grow larger, and her razor-sharp claws and teeth shone coldly. "Do you really want to find out what happens if you don't?"

I tripped on something and a wolf came close. I screamed. Foam dripped from the wolf's mouth.

Moss shook herself awake. "Great." She muttered. "Now let's go find my cousin who can't even tell me when it's dusk. That, and I'm starving." The tortie added. She flexed her claws and padded off into the forest.
Predictably, as soon as she was stalking a rabbit bigger than she was, Moss heard Shade's scream. The rabbit launched forwards, and Moss was completely unprepared. She chased after it, trying to get close enough to make a kill, but the rabbit had disappeared.
Cursing to herself she lashed her tail and went to find the annoying gray kitten. Well, annoying was a matter of opinion, and the kit had just gotten rid of Moss's breakfast.
"What?!" She snarled, not noticing the wolf in her anger as she burst through the bracken, and into the clearing where Shade was. "Do you realize you just cost me my breakfast?" Moss complained, a sour look on her face.
