No announcement for Nov rereleases??

We are supposed to get the rerelease blog post at least a week in advance, it's literally the last day of the month and nothing? *Are* we getting a rerelease in November?

@Ian @dragiigy Yes, it would be really nice to know before the rerelease day so we know if we'll need the CC for it! Some of us need to plan ahead for that sort of thing.
