But, so that @Ian still gets paid (through cc), you should only be able to get 25cc MAX.

It would take 10 times there min. to get a freeze, and 20 min. for a single creature. That way, buying CC would still be worth it.

Yes to all except 5, I think Ian has to make at least some age requirement, even for the junior moderators, which would only displace the problem, also we're not exactly short on people volunteering :/
