@daisycatAs if I'd miss out on a DaisyCatโข event... Please allow me to join the sign up list too! ๐ ๐ฆ(p s I'd be happy to vote for just the one team at the end, but I understand the appeal of voting for more entries when there are often so many good ones.)

@daisycat Sign me up please!I think I'm neutral on being able to vote for multiple options? I theoretically like the idea, but I'd probably just vote for every entry that's not mine.
@merit Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it! :-)

@daisycat This is such a cute event, I would love to sign up! I second @/merit's feedback on voting for multiple entries ^^ Maybe you could limit our number of votes to two or three (depending on how many people sign up) if that's an option when creating a poll.
@shine Thank you for your feedback, I like your idea!! While that isn't an option for polls, I could have people message me their votes, that way I could specify a number. ๐ค We will see!

@daisycat yay, I was looking forward to the next contest! Count me in ๐.Personally, I prefer voting only for 1 team.
@gngdia Noted, thank you for your feedback!! :-]

@daisycat If the last spot is still open, please sign me up ๐ I read the entire post and understand the activity โค๏ธAs for voting for more than one team, I wonder if that could cause any kind of issues? That might lead to a lot more ties and that could become very expensive for you.

@nenielsen Thank you for your feedback, N! I do tiebreakers almost every time, but sometimes Matcha offers to just pay double (for each person) in the tie to make it easier for me... since having to do another poll and wait is pretty annoying lol. So that's all not a big deal. (edit: I've spent my fair share on CC for ties but referring to this past one, since Matcha will be helping me extra big time monetarily this time around)Also, in my experience, the ties mainly happen because I can't get enough votes. When I've utilized multiple votes in the past, it actually helps! And most players are happier to be able to vote for more than one, since they often find it difficult to choose just one. :-)

@daisycat I'm pro multiple votes for that reason c: feels like it helps out with numbers! I was torn between a couple in the last contest lol- maybe you can try it for the next context and see how it goes?
@daisycat okay that's good to know! I would feel bad if there were multiple tie breakers and it led to costing more cc than expected. That makes sense that maybe it's not enough votes, in that case maybe we should try a multi voting system. Would that involve a restricted number of votes (like 3 per person) or unlimited votes?
@lexiconYes exactly, it's helpful for that! I'm leaning towards using it for this next time around. ^^ I suppose if anyone really only has one favorite to vote for, they can still do so even with multiples being an option.@nenielsen Oh no I mean a tiebreaker is good because it keeps the CC at the original amount, no more is spent. I'm saying tiebreakers are annoying because it means the activity didn't get many votes (aka individual users), and then I have to create a new poll, deadline, notify everyone, wait, and then hope that there isn't another tie on the tiebreaker (it has happened before). Another Eggy (@/shine) suggested restricted multiple votes as well! I'd probably base the number of votes they'd get on other activity details, it wouldn't be unlimited otherwise that'd just be EC's feature, but for now, it's just an idea. :-) I am leaning towards multiple checkbox voting via EC's feature since I've done that a lot in the past (in addition to singular voting of course). Just depends on each scenario.
@daisycat Oops I'm mixing up the word tie and tiebreaker. Sounds good! Looking forward to this event.
