Name changing

I thought it might would be a good idea if you can change the letters from a creature name from small to capital letters and the other way around (now you can't do that because when you want to change a name from for example isis to Isis you can't do it, because it says that the name is taken). Now it takes two namechanges to do so and if you're slow an evil person might steal the name 😱

I've found good names in the AC lowercase, and I hate having to use up TWO full name changes to fix it.
