TEN years ago, Ark was at war with the Pareteorsite Queen and her minions.
From finding solutions to puzzles, combining items, mining gens and ores, and battling, the day was saved from the evil Queen with additional assistance from Ambassador Thrakis and his crew. Today, we remember and celebrate!
Visit the site near The Mysterious Asteroid (the Ark Victory Day prize page) and claim prizes! And instead of being able to visit every 30 minutes, like years past, you can now visit in HALF THE TIME (every 15 minutes)!
Beware: the energy of the Asteroid is known to destroy some Inventory items. (This site feature does not target or destroy Cash Shop items.)
Visit now through July 22. Here are this year's new prizes: four new Travels!
Also through July 22, visit the Mysterious Asteroid every half hour. The Asteroid can be visited every 30 minutes every 15 minutes instead of once daily during Ark Victory Day celebrations. Hurrah!

Good luck getting the eggs guys!
mastergemma • 16 Jul 2026, 9:04 AM
May this be the year I obtain all of the creatures (unlikely).
rabidwolfie • 16 Jul 2026, 9:05 AM
I can't believe it's actually been TEN years already!! When did that happen?! I must have blinked!
prettyiggy • 16 Jul 2026, 9:18 AM
A Nyacos!! If only...
merit • 16 Jul 2026, 9:42 AM
Best of luck everyone! ☄️
dragiigy • 16 Jul 2026, 9:46 AM
No new creature? No 500 CC Voucher? Or.... thanjs for answer 🙂
jarsha • 16 Jul 2026, 9:55 AM
I'll take anything from the asteroid lol
dragonii • 16 Jul 2026, 11:15 AM
I can’t believe it’s already been 10 years. I hope we can open a dojo, or a an interactive museum on ark so people can see what it was like fighting against the queen.
heatherm19 • 16 Jul 2026, 12:29 PM
OMG! The other day I was trying to remember what the 'other thing' was that happened in July (besides Eggcave's birthday), THIS was what I was trying to think of! Yaaaayyy Ark Victory Day! Good luck everyone!
merit • 16 Jul 2026, 12:32 PM
@dragiigy From what I can tell those are both usually part of Egg Cave's birthday celebrations, which happen on July 20th. Example blog posts from last year: https://eggcave.com/blog/another-ark-victory-day https://eggcave.com/blog/egg-cave-turns-16

Remember people, when approaching for prizes to have your non-retired, non-CC items put away into your strongroom. Standard items in Inventory that aren't in a trade are subject to being destroyed.
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 3:23 PM
Happy Ark Victory Day! : D // Hopefully this year I get something besides a Pareteorsite. I don't remember getting anything last year, not even a species I don't want. / @mastergemma I was surprised to see in the archives how many are retired. : (
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 3:27 PM
Wait, new travels? Hopefully this doesn't mean old ones like SoB and Roswell Office are getting fully retired. The new ones are cool though with how they fit with the lore : )
ygaria • 16 Jul 2026, 3:39 PM
I hope everyone gets at least one egg each! It doesn't seem very likely, given the way I keep killing off/losing/dropping the eggs I pick, unless you're all better at it than me (couldn't be worse) but at least I got a travel, and that's a start 😉
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 4:02 PM
@ygaria I've been lucky enough to get one egg a year (from the actual Asteroid*) during the event (except last year.) Getting the rare travels is a wonderful balm while hoping. (*Pareteosites are obtained in the prize section and more common.) Good luck!
spiritkoi • 16 Jul 2026, 4:54 PM
Ooo I liked these new travels! Wishing everyone luck with the Asteroid and prizes!
dragiigy • 16 Jul 2026, 5:42 PM
As a part of Ark Victory Day celebrations, visit the Mysterious Asteroid once every 15 minutes instead of once daily through July 22. - it resets every 30 minutes
dragiigy • 16 Jul 2026, 5:44 PM
Ark Victory Day - You can visit here once every 15 minutes during the celebrations. - it works OK
chaotictreat • 16 Jul 2026, 6:09 PM
Yippee!! I will still somehow get no eggs lol
stormwarden • 16 Jul 2026, 6:18 PM
every fifteen minutes o: hoping to snag some of those travels too!!
merit • 16 Jul 2026, 6:25 PM
@dragiigy I am having the same problem with the Mysterious Asteroid.
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 6:28 PM
I was so used to approaching every half hour for the years I was here, that I just automatically kept to that... it just dawned on me after 4 hours of being awake that it's supposed to be 15 minutes! Exciting! (except like the others, it's only allowing every 30 for me too.)
mesopelagic • 16 Jul 2026, 7:07 PM
yayyyy!!!! i hope i can nab at least one asteroid fella 😸
Ian • 16 Jul 2026, 7:35 PM
@merit @dragiigy everybody should be cycled through now for every 15 mins
merit • 16 Jul 2026, 7:36 PM
@Ian Great, thank you!
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 8:15 PM
@Ian the prizes page refreshes every 15 minutes for me, but not the Asteroid.
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 8:20 PM
(stating it more as a heads up. as I'm too thrilled at the frequent attempts being back and it working as normal to be upset. I'm just like "Woooo! Multiple attempts are back! LET'S GO!" *arms raised in air* ...sleep? what sleep?)
Ian • 16 Jul 2026, 8:38 PM
@snowywinter ah, I see! fixed the Asteroid to 15 mins ❤️ found that bug
rainbow • 16 Jul 2026, 8:39 PM
Thanks so much! ❤️
snowywinter • 16 Jul 2026, 9:04 PM

Happy Ark Victory Day! May the Asterioid be kind to everyone 😊
foxbit • 17 Jul 2026, 1:29 PM
Feels wild that it's been ten years since this, I vividly remember participating in it!
thedarkarcher • 17 Jul 2026, 2:49 PM
Kinda wish the event from 10 years ago was brought back even just parts of it like the battling side. Love the new additions of the travels which keep the event we do have a lot more fresh this year ❤️
kataclysm • 17 Jul 2026, 3:59 PM
I'd love to see new events on EggCave.
jarsha • 20 Jul 2026, 9:37 AM
Can anyone tell me if these retired items were a part of the Asteroid event? They seem pretty specific and there's a wide variety of them!
kediset • 20 Jul 2026, 10:03 PM
ugh,,, forgot about this event, just happened to panic about my cove's status when I remembered about it. almost every single year this happens ^^; anyways.. set an alarm, time is halved from previous years, still probably not gonna get the Star of Bethlehem D;
