Man I'm having so much fun with CRW!! I've only used 13 of the free approaches so far and I haven't gotten a Dacelo but I did get *two* Wolluks and a Hoxrin! Can't wait to see how this kookaburra-inspired creature turns out!

Ooh a Kookaburra. For some reason I immediately thought of an old song I have no idea where i heard it from or ever the rest of the lyrics. Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree, eating all the gumdrops he can see

@dragrawr just combed though the blog archives, and while some other CRWs have some of my individual favorites, I agree that 2017 dragons was the best overall! : D (Until maybe now. I think it's going to be debatable/ a toss up.)

The stages feel a little "samey", but I'm still liking it regardless. Kookaburras are pretty cute.

I agree a few of the stages don’t really look any different. I also really love the theme but personally none of these pets stand out in any way to me like, That is definitely a CRW creature like when we had the theme of dragons or something.

Like just something that made them seem like more special like a wow factor than the creatures we regularly get.. But I’m still happy to add these zoo type animals in my cove ^^ Been pretty lucky so far myself!

Honestly, after looking at all the stages, I agree there doesn't seem to be much difference between the stages. It doesn't actually look like 'evolving'/growing at all, just different poses (kid and teen stages seem to just be opening the wings...) They are pretty, but yeah.

@heatherm19 @sparklefox @idol I also agree, but then again I think it’s relatively meant to just show the animal itself. Although I will agree it doesn’t seem to grow just immediately fully adult bird out the egg

I liked the Krill alot, simply because it had a 'unique' factor to it. I won't lie and say I don't like these creatures though - I love the art. But I do wish there was something that makes them more than *just* the animal

@prairie I couldn’t agree more. I was maybe hoping they would at least make hybrids of two or three rare species or perhaps mixing it with the flora in that region.

Every props to the artist. It is gorgeous to see this art style, and I love the eggs. I appreciate the release week hype and I’m still having fun, perhaps just a little more diversity rather than just the inspiration. ❤️

@dragrawr Ohh hybrids of multiple representative animals for each continent would have been so cool! I love hybrid animals in mythology, it would be cool to see how creative Eggcave would get with something like that.

@idol I plan on suggesting some hybrids in the future, I think an “animal fusion” month would be cool. Don’t get me wrong I love when the creatures are completely wacky like the cobertor Also what would be fun is a player suggestion CRW- new suggestion every day

@dragrawr Oh I agree that would also be a pretty cool theme =o That would be awesome I ca not wait to see! If I can ever find my iPad pencil I might try to suggest one as well. I made a fusion animal awhile ago I could seed try to make other stages. What a good idea!
