Happy Easter! Our annual Easter Egg Hunt event is back. Starting now, we've hidden 30 small Easter eggs around the site and Egg Cave's pages. When you see an Easter egg on the page, click it to collect it.
Players who collect all 30 eggs can collect the prizes below. The brand-new Yolkby and these four Travels can only be obtained from the Easter Egg Hunt! They will be available nowhere else.

The Easter Egg Hunt will be open now through April 14 at 11:59 PM ECT. You must find all 30 eggs and claim your prize before then.
Eggs become progressively harder and more difficult to find! You'll find the first 5 to 10 eggs much quicker than the last 5 eggs. Don't expect to find all of the eggs in one sitting!
Enjoy the event. Find a few eggs, take a break, and then come back!
Easter eggs are hidden in different places for all users, so sharing Easter egg locations and their links won't work.
Do not participate in or complete the Easter Egg Hunt from your side accounts and don't collect the prize more than once.

@Ian THANK YOU for admitting that your life has been hectic lately and you do recognize that Eggcave and us users deserve better. It takes a lot to admit that but imo it's a huge step in the right direction just to say it. Thank you for sticking with this site for so long!

@heatherm19 I remembered to clean my screen on Friday, and thought I was all set. Still saw spots. That moved with my head. I am now sporting some of the cleanest glasses around. (And coincidently, the spots have gone too)

@minnie298a Ugh I've been putting off getting new glasses, mine are so scratched up, even right after cleaning them there are spots in my vision! .. Ive been staring at the Yolkby, what are the legs/tail supposed to be made of? Looks almost like potato but what?

@heatherm19 the last few seem to take considerably longer to appear. For me, my last few were 30 minuted to an hour each I think.

So far I have 6 out of 30 eggs. Just casually refreshing on the hour on the Ark Victory Day page. Seems to work for me! I don't have the brain power to surf and search the wide site of eggcave 😱

@tsukasayugi try to look for them on Leila Oasis page, it's not much text and they are easier to spot. I found the first 15 there by leaving the tab open and refreshing every 5 mins, but after that it will be more than 5 mins, especially for last 5 eggs

Ok now that all the discourse over the delay has settled (not that the issue is waived), I just want to appreciate how good of a creature design the Yolkby is. I love it so much. The artist did such a good job. This Easter egg dinosaur has so much character. I really like it 😊))

is the horrific lag on the site due to the easter egg hunt? it’s the only thing i can think of :s. doesn’t matter which device i play on.

@w0lfhaley It could be so many people using the site, or I was thinking possibly bots or script feeders, as was the issue a few weeks back. The Fix and the Problem. Good to know it wasn't just on my end tho.

Yeah it’s been horribly laggy for me since this event began. I keep trying the click exchange and giving up because it takes way too long D:
