The Trade Center has some new restrictions.
Accounts must now be fully activated in order to access the Trade Center. Additionally, accounts under 48 hours old cannot access the Trade Center at all.

@dawnie - If it makes you feel any better, I've only gotten two or three out of the Cave. I had to trade to get them all. :|
