Dear Egg Cavers: we have received multiple reports from our users of being randomly logged out of your account when browsing Egg Cave. As of the time of this blog post, we have made changes to our authentication and sessions system as a test to see if it fixes the problem.
If you continue to experience a random log out after about 24 hours, please write us a ticket specifically about this issue instead of submitting it on the Forums.

What pages were they? I know that outside click exchanges, like Yarold's require the "www." and those pages make you go there logged-out.

@megadash this was affecting the whole site. Yarold's stuff should remain unaffected.

Huh. I had this problem back on V2 as well. Never had a clue why. Haven't experienced it yet on V3. x)

@silverserpent I experience it most often with clicking on the Auction notifications, No issue with v2 like this hmmm curious.

Glad Egg Cave is working to fix this. It tends to happen to me when I click a notification or a creature's web link on a forum.

@ian The search feature in upper right hand corner of pages does not seem to be working - No matter what you type in you get -0- matches.
