This is a direct quote from @Ian addressing this issue in another topic on this subject. I hope it clears up some of the misconceptions about CC gifting and this supposed "lots of users" quitting.

"First off, CaveCash gifting wasn't removed primarily because of scamming. It was remo...

Well I guess since you were gone you missed the whole thing where they took away CC gifting. I was gone too. Many people have suggested letting you offer cc on trades but the mods don't like it. So there is no way to transfer cc anymore and because of that lots of people have ended up leaving the si...

@k8w0lfxx To add to what @cqpkytty said, you shouldn't use your side account for any daily activities (like Alkub Racing bets, Site Trivia, Cave, etc).

You may want to look here for the Site Guidelines and some rules on side accounts. 😉 (It has other rules,...

@box @you

Well, actually the post is called "Why must creatures die so fast?" and you even write "I don't understand why they die..." ecc. and that's why I answer you, plus, in the end, this is the main point of the game... In general, I think lacking on time for feed it's a use...

fakeworld • 7 September 2013 at 7:16 PM

@sungrave

There's actually somewhat a movement here on Eggcave, to help the dying coves from dying (which you can find here). You have to treat your creatures as if they were your babies, or you, someone you had to feed everyday. That's th...

@simon123
Welcome to Egg Cave! ^^
And indeed 8D The site and the creatures look amazingly awesome! *-*

And yup, EC is the currency here, you can easily gather them by feeding coves, trading creatures or selling travels; CC's also the currency, but they're harder to get, because they're bought with...

dafni • 7 September 2013 at 5:13 AM

@you

I get what @karamel is saying and she won't sound rude at all, but considering a lot of people have already talk about this, the post sounds a bit redundant.

Actually the main topic of this game is take care of your eggs. This means that they need you, otherwise where is the purpose? After y...

shyansweet • 6 September 2013 at 11:31 PM

I am sure there are plenty of new user's like my self to the site, So you may call me Shy. It's nice to meet you all. What are you guy's up to?

gabrieltaft • 6 September 2013 at 10:46 PM

@frosted

I like your suggestions. I think that the max cove size should be the number of unique creatures in existence. So every month it would go up by at least four.

Deleted • 6 September 2013 at 10:43 PM

Firstly, the current ping limit is very less, and it needs an increase.
Preferably to 10, for select forums, regarding General Discussion, and Creature Trading, to promote trading.
I can also go with if it is increased to 7, as I sometimes reply to more than 7 people.

There needs a full clarificati...

Yes, it's that time again! Time to start thinking about that Halloween Poem you've always wanted to write.

Rules:

1. Poem must rhyme, as I love rhyming poetry
2. Theme: Halloween
3. Must be PG or G. Remember this is a family friendly site
4. Poem length must be at least (8) lines or (2) Stanzas of...

Hi I'm new here!
This site looks amazing!

I just have one question.
Is EC money that you use on this game to buy stuff?
=)

dragonnn • 6 September 2013 at 5:21 PM

@spiritkoi Oh man, this is so cool! One, I learned the genus name of the Stork, and also: I love the egg, so cute, hur ❤️ The description is funny too.

Your artwork is very beautiful, I especially like the first stage after the egg, looks very fluffy and cuddly.

However, if you don't mind me saying, your first post could possibly be taken as quite insulting if the artist of the cave monthlies saw it. I mean it's cool to have your opini...
