Posh is upperclass and having EXTREMELY good mannered and stuff, they try to add emphasis on every letter and stuff. Its hard to explain. Yeah she does but she is trying to act as new as possible by pretending she knows no-one

I have been at camp for a week, then after that was over went to see my cousins in memphis. I have had a total of 5 hours of sleep and got on here the 23 to get my feature late at night and forgot to sign out. So Sorry I held this up but I didnt feel like getting back on the computer....

Of course, nobody wishes for others to quit on Egg Cave. Especially not users who have been on the site since the very beginning. But such is life.

Users become busy and they simply do not have time to keep up with Egg Cave anymore. While you may find it easy to fit Egg Cave into your schedule, others find it much more difficult to focus on the site. And that's both respectable and understandable in my opinion. Oh--well true about not being able to find your blog ping. But maybe there's a way to send you straight to the ping? I don't know how you would accomplish that, but I think it would be a very nice feature.

As of right now, the pinging feature will be specifically reserved for the Forums. We have though about bringing pinging functionality to site blogs, but blog comments aren't threaded or more formally organized, which could make pings very confusing (i.e. finding where you were pinged)...

If they did this, I think it would be better or maybe easier to code if we choose the species we wanted for the trade in a drop down menu. Much like the trade search feature:

Yes, you actually can. All you have to do is find the exact time it died, the egg ID, how long you have had it for, the species, the name, the stage, the travel (if it had one) and then you must find its ghost and with the information, your egg will be resurrected.

@zac - Well, seems like everyone else loves the idea. 😊 But yeah, I'd probably skip it. The standard Egg Cave activities (feeding, feedbacks, checking the TC and TA, interacting on the forum, and talking with my friends) consumes enough of my time - and I mean that in a very pleasant way. 😊

As far as I can remember, blog pings have never worked to begin with. So it's not a bug if it never existed. 😋

I believe actual pinging is a forum exclusive feature.
