As Catcher rocked back and forth on the ground, the man got out of the helicopter and approached him. "Get up." he commanded Catcher. He stood up. "We didn't expect that to happen. Your friend wasn't supposed to die." Catcher looked up at the man. "Why? What was supposed to happen?" "She was supposed to kill you." the words knocked the wind out of Catcher's lungs. What had they done to her friend? How would they have made Iris kill him? "I'm truly sorry for your loss. You see, she was starting to lose her sanity during testing...we were testing a chemical to enhance the performance of gifted humans and it worked a little...too well. Then, the chemical caused her to become a rampaging monster and we had no choice but to release her. We set her free in your vicinity because we were planning on having you killed anyway, so this was killing two birds with one stone. Clearly, it didn't turn out as expected." Catcher fell to his knees. "You aren't human. How do you speak so calmly? An innocent girl died because YOU and YOUR experiments drove her insane! You don't feel any remorse at all! We're all just pawns at your disposal, nothing more! What more do you want from me?!" Catcher screamed to the man. The man pursed his lips and tapped his foot. "That's enough, Mr. Nama. I came because I have good news."

Oh, internet stinks right now, so I have to take a forced hitus, or whatever.
I'll try to be on tommorrow, and maybe around 7ish Tuesdays and Thrusdays intill the problem is fixed, but with my luck, I won't be able to get on much all during winter break. XD

Don't be too sad about the plot, knowing my medicore writing skills, it was going to stink anyway. 😋

Annabell had decided to do something she'd hadn't done in awhile- Sneak around invisable.
That been stated, Annabell was now sneaking around in the liberary, listening in on people's conversations.
She didn't have to go very far to find something that caught her attention.
"Hey, did you hear about that girl they found dead by the edge of the forest? They don't even know who she was, she appearently didn't even go to the school. Very weird too, like, dark red hair or something." a boy told his friend as they sat at a table.
Annabell froze were she was standing a few feet away. She knew just by that description that it was Faith who they found dead. But..how? Either way, the news didn't affect Annabell too much- besides being roomates, they weren't very good friends, or anything, but this news still deeply distrubed her.
"The FOREST?" the boy's friend exclaimed. "Haha, probley that Ivy chick coming back from the grave for her revenge."
Annabell stiffened. 'It was VENUS!' she wanted to shout at the boy, but she held her tounge.
"Yeah, that girl was loco." the boy laughed "I'm glad she died, but I wished it could've been before- THAT happened. I still wonder who killed her though. Either way, glad Ivy's dead- OW!"
Annabell was furious now, and started to throw nearby books at the two boys, scaring them half to death and causing them to flee the invisable floating boks that were terrorizing them.

********IT'S SNOWING. 8D*************

About the time Paisley and Jade came back from shopping, they noticed something different.
"Do you feel the mushy ground beneath us?" Jade asked, rubbing her foot on the ground.
"Omigosh, IT'S SNOWING!" Paisley shouted.
"But as far as I know, it has never snowed here." Jade said, confused.

"Well then this is the first." a voice rang through the forest.
"Is it just me or...." Jade trailed off, moving closer to Paisley's side.
"I heard it." Paisley whispered.

"Paisley? Paisley!" Jasper walked around the forest, calling for her. It was snowing, so he called Paisley. He could hear her ringtone, but she didn't pick up.
A minute later, he abruptly stopped.

There they were, Paisley and Jade.
Paisley was completely frozen in a gigantic ice cube.
Jade was bound to a tree, tied by ice chains, and it looked like she was trying to melt the ones around her mouth with her breath.

'Those-those.. JERKS!' Annabell thought angerily to herself. 'They didn't even KNOW who Ivy was, much less how she killed herself to stop Venus! They don't deserve to say ANYTHING!'
Annabell stood there for a moment, huffing angerily, but then sat down in a chair, calming down.
She wanted to cry, but didn't allow herself to do it over something that happened a long time ago. It would just be wasting her tears, and opening old wounds.
Either way, she buried her hand in her hands, remembering the pain of losing her friend.
Ivy had been her first REAL friend in a LONG time, after all those years of working for the government. Well, there had been Catcher, but he could be weird, and she really couldn't talk to him.
Annabell winced. Even HE was gone now, but she HAD to think of him and Iris as alive. She didn't want to think what the alternative was.....
She stood up once more, not wanting to dwell in the past. She had to focas on what was happening right now, which meant she had to focas on finding Catcher and Iris, stopping Leon from following Ivy's path, and figuring out how in heck she was supposed to survive this school herself....

"How do we get her out of there?" Jade asked, shivering.
"And what are we drinking?" she added.
"We're drinking eucalyptus tea." Jasper said, thinking about how to defrost Paisley.

"Well. We CLEARLY know that this isn't... natural." Jade searched for the last word. She remembered exactly how it happened.

About 5 minutes after Paisley and Jade heard the voice in the forest, a cold wind shuffled through them. But when Jade looked over at Paisley, who had such bright, fox like hair in the snow, the cold winds looked like they were weaving themselves into her ginger hair. a second later, the winds pulled her off the ground and away 30 feet where Paisley crashed right into a tree, and down into an open ice cube....? It instantly sealed once Paisley was trapped inside.


Jasper blinked. "There's only one answer to this." he sighed.
Jade realized too.
"Alice." they both said at the same time.

What do you do when you get out?
That was what Ren asked himself three hours later, in a front seat on the second floor of a double decker bus, the same one he'd been on for three circuits.
He wasn't really going anywhere.
What would Alex do? He asked himself.
MIND BLANK.
He remembered she used to flip coins all the time to make decisions, only he didn't have any choices to choose between, and also, he was broke.
Don't ask.
The next person that came to mind was.... Milly...? The girl who had been like his sister at the Circus for forever, until she had got that contract and left...
Disappeared.
He knew. He was going to find her. Then ask her.

Alex was going through a ritual burning of everything that reminded her of Leon, humming, "Whatsername".
"I made a point to burn all of the photographs...."
She sighed.
Picking up a potato chip packet off the floor, she wondered where Ren had got to.
And Mickey. She hadn't seen him in EONS. She hoped he was okay.

"I'm 18 now." Rosalie smiled.
"Yes you are Rose." Roel chuckled.

They were located in San Francisco, California now. Where they grew up. It was Rosalie's birthday, the first birthday after her immortality had broken off. Together they walked through the Golden Gate Bridge, when suddenly, Roel stopped. "Look." he gasped and pointed down to the water. "Who and what is that?" Rosalie asked.

There a blonde girl sat, on a iceberg, under the Golden Gate Bridge?
"Omigosh. She's NOT normal. She comes from superschool. Her name is....Malice?" Rosalie remembered vaguely.
"Well, should we do something about Malice?" Roel asked, still staring at that strange girl.
"Yes! Malice is Jade's friend. And I owe her my life!" Rosalie exclaimed.

"Now what do we do?"

After several more minutes blank staring, Ren resorted to the one place he only ever thought he'd need to go to once, when he swore they were going to arrest him for the death of that clown who died of a dr*g overdose, because he'd fought with the guy the night prevously and... That was ancient history. And it was totally Alex's fault.
ANYWAY.
He'd found a picture of Milly. It was horrible quality and she was sleeping, as it had been taken during one of the trips, but oh well.
He showed it to the police.
They laughed and told him to go home.
"R- no, I don't believe it.... Ren?" A voice called out as he made to leave.
He whipped around and stared. "Maria?!?"
He'd found a girl from the circus who had left AGES ago, but had KNOWN Milly. She was there 'cause she'd been arrested for stealing. But she was so sweet the police let her out of her cage, huh?
"I'm looking for Milly," he told her quickly, as the police wanted to move him along. "Have you seen her?"
Maria closed her eyes and leaned back. "Look... She... I'd give up if I were you..."
"What? Tell me," Ren demanded.
"Tell ya what... Go to the old abandoned camping ground... Yeah, go there..." She sighed. "Then can you bust me outta here?"
"Not likely," Ren muttered as he was shoved out.

~~Two days ago~~
Faith brushed up against a tree as she ran though the woods, following Elisa.
She knew SOMETHINg was happening.... She already heard part of the plan a few nights ago...
She stopped as soon as she returned to the familar clearing, and listened.
"Are you SURE these are the traitors?"
"Postive."
"Hmmm.... They don't look like much."
"They've killed more gov' agents than anyone else in this school."
"Okay. We'll set them up soon... Someone's here."
Faith quickly took a step back, and was just about to phase when something stabbed her back.
Check that.
MULTIPLE things stabbed her back.
The young boy stood over her, and watched her fall down, dead, shards of glass floating around him like planets revoling around the sun. He brushed his strands of shockingly white hair out of his face.
"NO FAIR AIM. I wanted to kill her!" Mai complained, pouting.
Aim rolled his eyes, thinking, "Idiot."
"I heard that." Mia pouted once more.
"You were suppose to."
Elisa sighed as the young kids fought. What were the gov' thinking? Two ten-year-olds?
But their powers were.... intresting. Must've been lab rats, like herself....
"So tommorrow, you kil- I mean take them away, correct?" Elisa said southingly.
"Yeah." Mia nodded.
'Good.' Elisa thought. 'Those are the only ones that might know where it is.... I know Faith would've never told me. That's why she had to die.'
Elisa smiled wickedly at Faith's dead body, then left the forest.

Clearly the old abandoned camping ground wasn't true to it's name anymore.
Three large tents had been erected around a small crackling fire. Ren approached tentatively, and soon found his arms locked painfully behind his back. "Ow," he muttered. "Do you mind?"
"Spare me," the girl rolled her eyes and started pulling him towards one of the tents.
A boy strolled out to meet them. He rubbed his eyes tiredly. "Don't try to escape: we already know what your power is and there's no way."
Ren looked at him. "I don't have one."
The boy started. "Yes you do... Oi, Bookworm, thought you said-!" He turned and yelled at a tent.
"Sorry, Col, it seems to be dormant or something...! And don't call me that!"
Col turned and stared at Ren. "Not awake huh?"
"As if I know what you are talking about," Ren shrugged carelessly. "Look, I'm trying to find this girl, her name's Milly, long black hair, somewhat short, blue eyes... Incurably shy...?"
The girl bit back a startled exclamation, and Col eyed him guardedly.

"You've seen her, haven't you?" Ren pressed the girl.
She looked at Col for guidence. "Um..."
"It's okay, Bubbles," he sighed. "Fleety sent you, didn't she?"
"Fleety?" Ren wondered, but the question had been rhetorical, and they ignored him.
Bubbles twisted a bracelet round her wrist several times. "Well, no one here goes by their real names, see, but there was a girl by that description. Ebony. But she... Didn't make it..."
Col turned away.
"They were really close," Bubbles murmured sadly.
"Her real name -was- Milly," Col confirmed from the shadows. "We lost her at the Isle. After her friend Violet died, she went crazy. Her power took control.... Maybe if we'd had Bookworm with us... If she'd had the training... She could have been saved." He looked into the fire, his eyes unreadable.
"Her power took control...? The Isle..?" Ren was shocked. Was... Alex in danger?!?
"Yes." Col eyed him darkly. "So now, we've decided to give you the training."
"What? What've I got to do with this?" Ren inched back.
"Everything. If you don't want to watch someone take over your body and kill everyone you know, count yourself lucky Col likes you!" Bubbles spoke out.
"I wouldn't go that far," Col gave a small smile. "Oi, Booky! Get over here!"
