The 100th Hunger Games

Its been exactly 100 years since the beginning of The Hunger Games. So this means a Fourth Quarter Quell. What has the Capitol devised this time round?

For this Quarter Quell, they've shortened the ages of the children who may participate. Instead of being 12-18, the ages are now 15-18, meaning that there will be much more smarter tributes. But since this a Quarter Quell, that's not all. The Capitol has planned for the parents of children 15-18 to PICK which of their children will go. These chosen children's names will be drawn at the reapings.

Now you're a 15-18 year old, and you've just heard this announcement. Your parents are already murmuring behind you, thinking if you are to go.

Its Reaping Day, and you're chosen. No volunteers.

Might reread Catching Fire tonight. Just a few days ago, I just jumped into Ch. 20 of the first book and ended it today. xD But I like Catching Fire more for some reason. It made me laugh especially the scene in the elevator.

Appearance: Dark brown curly hair, grey eyes. Small and quite skinny for his age, despite being well-fed all his life.
Talents: Don't underestimate him: been trained as a Career his whole life. Can wield practically anything, but is still pretty timid with a bow, which he was extremely lousy at for ages, but with his years of practice he had become adequate.
History: Came from a fairly rich family, where there were quite a few children and he never got any attention, and when he did it was unwanted- nothing was ever good enough for his father.
Other: His other siblings were too young for this one, apart from his older sister (18) who had a talent for design, and an older brother (16) who was far more promising than him whom his parents wanted to keep for more advanced training.
