@univea @mastergemma - I would love a 3DS, and I finally worked up the courage to ask my mother. She said she'll look for a cheap one for at least my birthday... if she remembers. X3 But that doesn't mean I'll just get a 3DS. Knowing her, she'll get me some kiddy or Moshi Monsters game because it was also part of whatever deal she found... XD
I always save my money, but it never lasts long. Everyone suddenly needs money when I acquire some, so it always gets spent on other things, such as food, before I even get the chance to spend even a little amount. I got about £20 for Christmas, and already my mother has borrowed it for something. Same with my birthday money. But oh well, I've grown to expect it~

I only get money for my bday which is relatively close to Xmas so I only really have money one time a year. My pocket money stinks so I have to keep the few 100$s for the WHOLE year T__T It's annoying because even the smallest things cost a truckload T-T

So far I have three gym badges! I think......maybe two

The 2DS is the cheap alternative and you may even be able to get a Pokemon game with it for the same price if the deal is running in your country. I have the 2DS and it's around $100 cheaper in my country

I wish I could play an instrument ☹️ I tried to learn to play the flute and then the clarinet in 7th grade band class, but I got left behind and I ended up just sitting there doing nothing for the last few months. I was too shy to ask for help >.<

@mastergemma - Everyone tells me that. But the last time me and my mother went together looking for deals (she persists on going together, she's great at sniffing out a bargain and I'm there so she doesn't look for something I wouldn't really like), the 2DS was actually more expensive wherever we went. >_< Even pre-owned... plus, I told her that it may have no 3D function which I'm fine with, it also doesn't fold and would probably both feel uncomfortable by looking at the layout, and would probably easily get broken by not being able to fold... knowing my brother...
@nightmaremoon12 - Forget your Milotic and Manaphy, Magikarp is definitely the most majestic lord/ess of the sea. Catch a lv. 100 one in the Resort Area. Kill everything.

the 2DS isn't easier to break because it doesn't fold (it's a weakness of the DS') but the screen can be damaged so a protector would be needed

@mastergemma - Ah, good to know. ^-^ Thank you. I think I'd still prefer a 3DS though, as I've found myself slightly pulling the screen down so it's duller than when it is fully up. I'm weird, I know. 😋 There are other reasons too, but I thank you for your info anyway.

I didn't either until recently. It's not actually mine though, I have to share it with my sisters and one of them has been using it all day for like two weeks ☹️ When I do get to use it I'm always worrying that I'm being unfair (which I know I'm not, but I can't keep myself from thinking it) and I end up giving it right back. >.<

I know, that always happens to me too ☹️ If I get any extras I always give them away because I know a lot of people don't get them... But I guess that's kind of the point of having the Cave be random.
