ooc// Er, I don't exactly know where I last posted, it's been like, 200 posts since I left off...:/ Buuut, I suppose I should just pretend my characters are still climbing the mountain, only, now this is taking place on a different day then it would have?

bic// The pack cautiously proceeded through the mountain, hoping to reach the other side soon, they did not want any trouble. At least, most of them didn't, Dex was shaking with anticipation, he was ready for something to jump out and start a fight, he wanted to prove that he wasn't useless and dumb.

Dusk sneaked forward to Patchfoot, stating in the shadows. His black fur melded in perfectly, so all you could see was his one glowing red eye. He snuck up on Patchfoot, and then sprang.

BrightStar stared at C.T. "GrayFloods in there." she gasped.

The two scouts returned to their leader. "Starless, the Thunderfangs are coming!" the scouts told Starless.

The scout shugged. "Its hard to say, but our scents not covered up. I'll say, yes they have, or they are about to."

Grayflood tried to chew though his ropes. He was going to escape.

Bloodrose growled. "We'll attack them!"

Lostlight sat in the dens they had made. He was licking his wounds. The small number of wolves in the camp walked around.

No reply. Maybe he was asleep, or unconscious, or dying? Wouldn't be the first. It would be just like Heartless to send her down to a dead body. She shuddered and prodded him with her nose.

Grayflood quickly got up a clawed the face of the guard. He had made sure it wasn't a Thunderfang before hand. He made sure for his claws to leave scars, then, took off running down the tunnels, deeper into the back caves.

Val saw movement and started to back off, but not fast enough for him to miss completely. She cried out in pain and fell backwards, into a large puddle. Soaking wet and miserable, she wondered what she was meant to have done. Everyone was going to be so mad at her! Maybe if she just stayed down here, they'd forget about her....

Grayflood panickly rushed down the tunnel, dodging the occassional rock. Then, there was no ground.
Grayflood howled as he dropped into icy cold water.
He then swam frantically, keeping his head above the water.

Val realized moping wouldn't do any good. Heartless would say she should have tried to recapture the stupid pup. Unhappily she trailed after the run-away. Luckily she could swim well, and she sank into the freezing water willingly, thankful for the numbing sensation which blotted out her misery.

@smilies - Thornblossom is still there with her pups. And wolves who can heal, apprently. 😋

Thornblossom gathered her pups, Claw and Stealth, and the stolen pups, and told them it was time for bed.


Grayflood finally reached land. He sputtered and coughed, and then got up and ran into the forest.

"I'll handle the pups, along with another, C.T." BrightStar told her leader.
