Hugo walked up to Awen and sat next to Kiara, "She seems fine to me." he sighed.

"Better I guess." Howla sighed.

Paul cut a long piece from the scientist coat, "Here, take this. We could strap it around her chest." he said, giving the piece to Ray.

Sirius nodded, "Good." He said.

Kiara continued to trace the patterns on the floor.

-It hurts.- she said, distractedly. -Like burning. He shot me with electricity to make me scream for help. I screamed...-

Her head hurt badly... And she couldn't seem to focus on anything other than the patterns...

She took the piece from Hugo and walked to Howla again.

"If you want me to, Ill use my aura again so you dont have to feel the thing being wrapped around you. But thats your choice." Ray said.

Sirius watched silently, he was surprised that Howla had rather Ray save his energy then if he used it to save her the pain. When Ray fell to the ground he looked at him, "Are you ok?" He asked the mutant that had already helped them so much.

Alex looked at Kiara worriedly.

Ray took a deep breath and stood up. He tried not to show how tired it made him, and he tried to walk. He fell on the ground. Even walking was too much.

Awen still sat next to Kiara. "You know, if you dont feel weel dont hide it. We cant do anything with trying to be brave when you feel pain or something else. Are you alright Kiara?" Awen still was so worried.

Ranna kept her distance as small pack of Houndooms closed in. She hissed, transforming into a Zorark. The Houndooms blasted waves of fire. she dodged a few, but cried in agony as she felt a blast hit her chest. Her fur singed she struggled, but a second blast hit her.
"Craps," she thought," I'm going to die." These houndooms had been chasing her. The scientists had put chips in their brains to locate her then burn her. Ranna lay their, not moving, her lips forming a smile.
"at least I'll die by fire."

In the lab, a new creation was made. Sliding from a tube, a little girl plopped out onto a tray: she was spliced with the dragon pokemon, Haxorus.

Kiara's fingertip stopped where the pattern ended. She stared at it for a minute. Dead end. Were any of them actually going to escape this? Every time they tried, they ended up right back where they started with more people dead...

Maybe it was all just pointless...

I'm busy, so that's it for me today.

Silent heard the voices of the other mutants, but decided to ignore them. Falling asleep, he wondered what would happen when he woke, where he was, and if anyone would die while he slept. He lived every day in fear, thinking if he slept that scientists would hurt him.

She then began to cry as the weight of what she had seen hit her.

-120.- she said sadly. She held up her ID: 121 bracelet to how them what she meant.

Kiara was confused. What was going on? One of the mutants had suddenly turned on the girl who had saved Kiara from the cage.

She watched in horror, moving away slowly.

Instead of attaking again Awen sat on the ground, a horrified look at her face. "Im so sorry... You probably wont believe me, but I didnt want to do that..." And she suddenly ran away, through a door away from he others.

Kiara watched them leave and looked over at Sirius. Why had that mutant attacked one of her own kind? She was so confused now...
