Kiara nodded slowly. Everything was just so complicated.

-They killed 120.- she said quietly, trying not to cry. She looked down again at the 121 on her ID bracelet. -Why would they make us and then destroy us? It doesn't make sense.- she asked him.

She nodded sadly. Moving was beginning to hurt less as the effects of the electric shock wore off, but she still retained the headache.

-Will they turn us all into bad guys?- she asked, remembering the girl mutant's attack.

Sirius looked busy, so Kiara decided to wander around the room. She found an old computer in the corner and stared at its screen.

She couldn't read, so the letters and numbers meant nothing to her, but was the picture on the screen that caught her attention.

-Hey, Sirius.- she called. -It's you.-

Awen heard someone coming after her. She blew a Dragonbreath to the person, hoping he/she would understand. "I cant hurt anyone more. From now on I have to be alone." She thought. "The scientists made a monster of me!" she screamed, and she began to run harder.

Ray had gotten on his feet again.

Sirius glanced up, "What?" He got to his feet and looked at the old computer screen.

Alex ducked under a table but she continued following Awen.

Kiara pointed at the picture.

-That's you, right?- she asked. She squinted at the words again. This unfortunately did not give her a magical ability to understand.

-What does it say?- she asked sheepishly.

Awen finally stopped running. Breathing deeply, she screamed, and began to hurt herself. It seemed like she couldnt controll herself. Even while she was screaming of pain, she continued clawing herself with her claws.

Ray stood up, hearing and feeling something. Without saying a word, he closed his eyes and followed the bad feeling aura.

Howla curiously followed RAy, wondering where he was going.

Paul was sitting down, his fingers playing around in the dirt on the ground, "Kiara is right.... Why are they destroying us?" he wondered.

Ray still followed the aura. When he heard some noises, he opened his eyes. He just saw Awen turning around the corner of a doorway, Alex following her.


Awen ran on the corner, straigth into the hands of the scientists. They knocked her down, taking her away to one of their rooms.

Alex sniffed the air by she couldn't find out where Awen had disappeared to. She glanced around and sighed, "Crap, she's gone."

Sirius squinted and saw himself, "How strange..."

The scientists took her to a room. Well, scientists? Out of the corner of her eyes she only saw one man standing there. When they were in the room, the man released her. She walked to him to attack him, but she froze. The man was holding a little thing, she couldnt see what but she knew why she couldnt move. Electricity. So they had implanted a chip in her as well....

"Let me explain why you're here, mutant." the scientist said.

It was definitely Sirius. He was a little younger in the picture, but it was him.

-Is it a file?- she asked.

Anytime the scientists had read information to her off a clipboard, they had called it her "file". It kind of looked like the papers the scientists carried, except this one was on a screen.

She had never been so close to one of the computers before (they had always been on the other side of the bars. She curiously touched the sceen, but pulled it back suddenly when the static gave her a little shock.

Sirius smiled slightly as he saw a younger version of himself. He looked almost exactly the same except he was a bit smaller and his flames weren't as large but otherwise he looked the same. He looked at Kiara as she was shocked, "You ok?"

She looked down at her finger. It seemed unharmed.

-Yes.- she said. She pointed at the screen, careful not to touch it this time. -What does it say?- she asked.

Awen culdnt do anything than listen.

"Look. I want to help you. With you I mean you and the other mutants. I hate it to make you feel pain. If I could, I would have done this earlier. But I decided just a few moments ago Ill be on the good side." He looked at her. "So, do you trust or allow me to help?"

Awen nodded. He seemed very trustworthy.

She smiled halfheartedly. She wanted to believe that.

-They're scared.- she said. -That's why they made her attack us.-

She stepped away from the computer.

-And when they catch us, they'll make us do what she did.- She looked up at Sirius. He was a lot stronger than she was. He didn't need to worry as much. -I don't want to be a bad guy.-

"I guess we wait for everyone to come back, then we will probably just try and escape again. I hope that we are successful this time," he said sadly. He wondered if he would be practicing some of his moves.
