"Thanks." Ventos said, taking the papers. He then looked at them with a confused look, "I guess your choices are fine. I'm good with them." he chuckled.

Wellan looked at them curiously, "Hm. You two seem calm for a marriage." he said.

Ventos shivered in nervoursity. Not because of Wellan's comment. Because...

Kaleel smiled and kissed Ventos. "Are you sure? You don't seem like it?" She hated masking her feelings like this... But she would have to get used to it. Whenever she looked away, she frowned and looked down in sadness.

Ventos then went on the bed. He sighed. He felt a bit strange, because he felt like Kaleel did not really like him. Or just as a friend. But Ventos was in love with her. But he saw her happiness when she saw Yoru.... is this REALLY what she wanted? Ventos sighed again. Tomorrow was going to be their marriage. He would normally be happy, but he felt... guilty. he felt like if he forced Kaleel to do this. He then turned around to her, "I love you." It took him a lot of courage to say that.

Kaleel smiled, but she was hiding guilt, as well. She figured she should hide it better, because it sounded as if their was a strain to Ventos's voice. "I love you, too," Kaleel said with a smile.

Kaleel looked down. She didn't know how to answer. She took a deep breath as well. "No, Ventos... It's not." But she nuzzled him anyways. "I'm sure that over time I will realize it is."

Ventos smiled. He then got up and pushed her on the bed, laughing. He then playfully jumped next to her and nuzzled her back.

Kaleel was a bit surprised; it wasn't the reaction she had expected. But she smiled, nonetheless. "You aren't upset with me or anything?"

"No. Why should I? I mean, I was just happy to know the truth." Ventos said, laying down next to her. "Kaleel. I need to tell you something. I was raised by Hellios my whole life, like you. The only difference was that I was not one of your kin. When I met you as a hatchling, you were the nicest of all Hellos. You never mocked, laughed, or teased me. All the others would. Ever since, you put hope in my life. I don't mind if you don't truly love me as a mate, what counts is that you are at least alive and that you are my friend." he said, smiling. He then kissed her.

@chapus2009 I animated something else. x] Sort of. I used a base and colored it. Not really animating, but still just as frustrating. >.<
That speech, right there, that Ventos just made, makes me want to have Kaleel love him. No, seriously.

Kaleel smiled back at him, a real smile. She kissed him back.

Kaleel was deep in thought. What Ventos had said to her last night was really touching... But when she thought of Yoru again, she felt the same feeling as she did before. She closed her eyes in strained thought.

Yugana was asleep.

Wellan had to wake up early to prepare the marriage.

Mira was in the airs, flying.

Olara was not sleeping. She was eating. She was rather skinny for a dragon, making her scales dull.

Chasmos then sat next to Hoshi, "What are you thinking about?"

Actually, my FAVE couples are ChasmosXHoshi and YuganaXNoctus, those two (Yugana and Noctus) have such a beautiful yet dramatic romance story. :')

Yoru cocked his head, when she mentioned the marriage something stirred inside him but he ignored it, "Why are you stuck?"

Hoshi glanced at Chasmos and smiled, "Something in the atmosphere seems to have changed but I can name what. Everything suddenly feels different."
