Tenebrae quietly listened to the other three discuss and decide on whether they'd approach Draken on not. He didn't mind one way or the other, that day had been the first time he'd ever even gotten near the dragon so he didn't have any idea on whether they should approach him or not. He just hoped that they would at least eat first, he was starving and didn't want to wait any longer than they already had.

Zoru nodded, "I think a dead body lying in the middle of a staircase is a good enough scare for now."

Sorry for the abrupt announcement, but since Pebble's computer (as some of you might know) isn't working too well, Egg Cave isn't working for her, thus she is unable to post on Dragons RP. She asked me to tell you two that we are allowed to continue the RP without her.

What I suggest is that we pause all what is happening with her characters (like Tenebrae, Medousa and Rune talking together) while we wait for her to be able to post once again. Meanwhile, we can play around with our other characters, but let's be careful to not add new characters or reveal a plot-twist. Hed, we've already done this, so, nothing new here I suppose, xD

Hope we don't have to follow the order just to do this talking. This sounds good though, we all have other characters that we can RP with in the meantime anyways. Seems like a good solution since Pebble is unable to get on Eggcave.

Umbra walked up to the dragon and screeched as she saw how it was dead. "Help! Someone!" She yelled as she ran away from the corpse, going to get someone. "Is anybody around?" She asked, mostly to herself.

Taso then suddenly heard a familiar voice shouting. He then ran towards it to see a dragoness who seemed quite worried, "Are you okay ma'am?" he asked, trying to get her to calm down a bit.

Since no one was coming to the temple, Wellan decided to go to the kitchen to get some supper before going back. He then sat at a table, gazing at the people around.

Kaji was quietly walked down the halls, not heading anywhere specific. His nose was stuck in a book, reading. He was surprising anyone passing, he's never been big on reading before. He finally found himself inside, and bumping into someone who happened to be Taso. He looked around in surprise, "Um, what's going on?" He looked around and then saw the dead body.

"Well, later, if at all," Noctus agreed. "I can tell by the look on Tenny's face that he's hungry..." He grinned cheekily. "So let's eat!"

Ushu nodded and smiled. "Glad you think so, Chasmos. So, hmm... Where should we start..." She seemed very scatterbrained as she thought of what to do or say next. "Well, where do YOU wish to start?"

Vester nodded in agreement. "Will you meet me here again later in the early hours of the morning? I will be here waiting then. For now... I must go."

Medousa chuckled and nodded, "Haha, quite indeed! I'm starving as well!" she said, smiling brightly. She then wave her paw to call somebody to get them food.

Taso seemed a bit surprised but followed Umbra nonetheless, 'Oh by Ulmar... Please don't tell me something's happening again...' he thought, groaning.

"Urm well... I'm not sure, to be honest... But I guess I should work on trying not to overreact all the time..." Chasmos sighed.

Wellan then saw Ushu and Chasmos talking. He then smiled and yawned, thinking about getting some rest soon.

Tenebrae blushed slightly at the fact that everyone could tell he was starving. That didn't stop him from shaking his head vigorously in agreement to getting food. He then sat up straighter, waiting patiently for someone to come over and serve them.

Hoshi trotted over, "You four want something to eat?" She asked the hatchlings with a smile.

Zoru shrugged, "I'm not going anywhere but sure." He then plopped down and curled up, his grumpy and passive attitude appearing once more. He didn't even bother with bidding her farewell.

Kaji raised an eyebrow, "Well, crap.What's going on this time?" He muttered, closing his book and walked forward to get a better look at the dragon. "Um, I think it's one of those younger fighters. Um, Stare? Smire? Something with an 'S'." He said, it was too hard to keep track of every name.

A dragon was murdered here...? She thought. Is there a murderer around?

Corue stared at Corvelix.
Wow she's.. really beautiful.. he thought.
He suddenly looked back down at his food.
I can't be staring, he thought. That's rude, and I don't want her to think I'm a freak.

Hi, loves. ❤️ It's been too long! I have been unable to get on EC because my computer's dying. ;-; I have a temporary solution. So hopefully I will be able to post! I'm hoping to get a new computer soon, as well. I'm seriously sick of this thing screwing up all the time. xD

Noctus looked at Hoshi and grinned brightly. "Hi, Hoshi! Yeah, could we get something? I'm not sure what those three want, ask them first."

Ushu nodded thoughtfully. "Okay, that's a start. What do you usually overreact to?"

Vester headed off on her own, thinking quietly to herself.

Corvelix looked at Corue and blushed as she noticed he had been staring. "Um... Did I get something on my face?" she asked, sounding embarrassed.

Woah, I realised how long ago we posted... xD I had to re-read the past 3 pages to refresh. For those of you wondering what happened, here's a recapitulation:

(Not in order)

- Medousa believes Noctus is hiding something (which is the fact that he saved a domestic hatchling named Kisha) and they both meet Kisha and Percy in the fields, were Medousa slowly starts to learn to not hate human dragons too much.

- Astrum goes in the gardens with Yoru and tells what happened to her parents (they were murdered by a loner dragon named Zoroke, who killed them when Astrum went out as they were fighting.)

- Draken finds a starved and half-dead dragoness (forgot name).

- Wellan and Magia talk about Chasmos and his anger problems, and they start solving the problem when Wellan asks Ushu to help Chasmos.

- Vester and Zoru start planning murders (we all agreed that it was time to kill off some characters, but only in a silent and discrete way).

- Wellan is planning the party for their victory against the Golden Eyes.

- Umbra finds a dead dragon in the gardens and Kaji (? I think) and Taso go to investigate.

- Rune tells her father that Sashira says things about her past in her sleep, and Taso and Sashira have a little talk about it, with Taso saying that keeping secrets isn't good.

- Corue and Corvelix go out hunting and encounter a rogue that tries to take some of their hunt.

- Zoru attempts to murder Hoshi but fails as there are too many people.

- Hoshi and Chasmos apologize to each other.

- Mira 'disappears' in her necklace and Kaji wants to try and find a way to bring her back.

- The 'Fantastic Four' (Tenebrae, Rune, Medousa and Noctus II 8D) are now eating supper. It might become the Fantastic Five if Astrum joins! ;D

Sorry if I forgot some parts, it's kinda hard to memorize and right down everything that happened, we have so many characters that there are dozens of interactions happening in just a page of posts. x3

"That's a good question... I never really thought about it..." Chasmos sighed, thinking for a short while and remembering the times were his 'outbursts' caused him a lot of damage, "Maybe when people try to take things I care for away from me... like that time with Cero." he sighed, sounded disappointed with himself for having killed a dragon who had caused absolutely no harm to him, not to mention it was one of Hoshi's friends.

Taso squinted his eyes to get a better look of the dragon, "Same here Kaji, I really can't tell who this dragon is..." he sighed.

Hoshi chuckled, "Alrighty, do you want anything to eat sweetie?" She asked Rune with a smile.

Kaji shrugged, "Well, I'm sure Kimbra or Magia might know. We need to go and report this to them." He said with a thoughtful look. The sudden distraction seemed to have pulled him out of his obsession of searching the library for anything that might help with Mira. This was probably a good thing.

"Is there a murderer wondering around?" Umbra murmured, shaking in fear as to wondering if the murderer was here now, at the palace, waiting for another chance to kill.

Noctus grinned. "A deer, please."

Ushu looked sympathetic. "Mind telling me what happened then? Honestly, I haven't really heard the story. There's just so much going on in Sky Palace all the time and I never really knew Cero myself."

Corvelix chuckled. "Oh, okay... No, you're alright." She refused to make eye contact with him, or even turn her face in direction. She didn't believe him; she thought there was something on her face.

Medousa smiled politely at Hoshi. She then saw Draken walk by and she could feel a strange energy coming out from him, and she was one of the few dragons with the ability to sense somebody's 'aura' due to her very sensitive skin that picked up the 'waves', 'He's been acting a like bit strange lately... I hope he's fine.' she thought as she stared at him.

Chasmos sighed, not wanting to explain the story and make a bad impression to Ushu, a dragoness who seemed so kind, but he forced himself to tell it anyways, as he knew that she was there to help him, not judge him, "Well, long story short, he was a childhood friend of Hoshi who had come over to visit her. But he told me that he would take Hoshi from me, and that's when I... 'snapped'. I was so furious that I killed him on the spot, before attempting to kill Wellan after I ripped his wing. We've been avoiding each other lately." he sighed. (I SENSE TENSION HEEERREE, HURR HU- /shot)

Taso sighed and nodded, "That sounds wise." he said, before turning towards Umbra, "Maybe, maybe not. But I wouldn't worry about that too much... for now."

@chapus2009 😋 And I always hate thinking back to how Hoshi and Chasmos's relationship went down the drain. They were adorable before everything happened.

Hoshi dipped her head and quietly headed off to get the hatchlings their desired meals. She worked quickly and came out balancing all four of the meals, setting down each one in front of each hatchling.

Tenebrae just barely got out a "thank you" before he dove into his meal. He didn't know why but he was absolutely starving and he needed food right then.

Kaji nodded, "Taso is right, but stay on your guard anyways just in case something like this is attempted again. We don't want to completely put down our guard and have them attack again. I'm gonna go find Kimbra though and tell him." He then scurried off in search of the king.

Corue noticed how Corvelix wouldn't look at him and looked away, having felt that he insulted her. He tried to think of things that he could say to get her to look at him again, but nothing came to mind.

Umbra nodded to both dragons. She took a deep breath, calming herself down. "You two are right," she stated.

Meanwhile, Sashira was walking through the halls of the castle, reflecting on what Taso had said to her earlier. Her mind then began to drift to Rune. She hoped Rune would always have fun with her friends, and not have to worry too much about something, or experience another war. Was it too much to ask for?

Rune smiled at Hoshi. "Thanks, Hoshi!" she said before quickly beginning to eat the rabbit.

Noctus began to tear into the deer ravenously, hardly bothering to say thank you. (Well, aren't you a little rude, Noctie? u-u Your granddad Noctus would be ashamed.)

"So, um... Nice weather we're having today... Right?" Corvelix offered with a sheepish grin. 'Really, Corvelix? Weather?' she thought to herself, realizing how stupid she must sound.

@hedwig68 Yah, you're right. :c But on the other hand, too perfect and happily-ever-after couples can get plain and cliché after some time. >_< Heck, I don't think we've ever had a breakup on Dragons RP! Not saying it's a bad thing, but it could give birth to more ideas, more realism, but we need to be careful not to make it too dramatic. :s

I realised that Chasmos isn't even aware that Hoshi kissed Wellan. ._. Man, if he EVER finds that out... forget about rekindling their friendship!

Medousa thanked Hoshi and nodded, before stuffing her snout into the carcass. (Yugana: >:I Where are your manners Noctus II?!)

Taso nodded and glanced at the boy, before turning away and walking back towards the inside of the castle.

@chapus2009 That's a good point. ^^ And actually, I think Hoshi told him that. After he got out of that jail cell didn't she tell him and that's what made their relationship basically end and he like attacked Wellen or something like that? (Did this happen because I'm not complete;y sure... o.o)

Tenebrae was done surprisingly quick and he watched with amusement as his friends ate their own meal. His whole body was slightly shaking, something that he always did. He always seemed very hyper and his body often times shook from all of the pent up energy inside of him.

Kaji moved throughout the castle, finally finding Magia as she looked around. "I need to speak with both you and Kimbra, do you know where he is?"

Magia shook her head, "No, but I can find him quickly enough, let's go." Her voice was twinged with anxiety because just by Kaji's voice she knew there was trouble. The two then set off to find Kimbra.

"Maybe we should go and speak to Wellan? Or Hoshi. Your choice," Ushu suggested. "Since you haven't spoken to either of them for a while, maybe it's a good idea to try. They were important parts in your life once, were they not?"

Noctus licked a scrap from his cheek and grinned at Tenebrae. "You're shaking! Again!" he remarked. "Are you done already?"

As Sashira passed through the corridors, she passed Taso. She tried not to look at him, keeping her eyes ahead. It was hard for her to admit to herself that she needed some time away from her mate to figure some things out about herself.

Kimbra was speaking to Blue about something excitedly. Blue's excitement faded when she saw Kaji and Magia come to them with urgency. Kimbra turned to them. "Magia, Kaji..."

"Should I go?" Blue asked, tilting her head.

"Me too, it's perfect out," Corvelix said with a grin. She then caught a glimpse of Umbra as the dragoness walked into the kitchen. "Hmm, who is that? Have you spoken to her?"

Chasmos grumbled and rested his head on the table, pouting, "Well, I just talked to Hoshi... I suppose it wouldn't hurt to talk to Wellan." he sighed, lifting his head and rubbing his forehead with his forehead, "But don't blame me if he attempts to murder me." he said, getting up from his seat and walking out of the cafeteria.

"Watch out, he's going to explode!" Medousa joked, slightly grinning. "I'm done eating." she said, a small smile on her face.

Taso saw Sashira as he walked, but she looked busy and deep in though, so he decided to not disturb and instead make his way to the gardens and lied down on the grass next to some fountain.

Tenebrae let out a small giggle, "Sorry guys, I need to move a little bit though." He got up and began moving in circles around his friend to alleviate some of the energy in him. He then grinned sheepishly at Noctus, "Yeah, I was hungry."

Magia shrugged her shoulders and turned to Kaji curiously, wanting to know what was up herself.

Kaji shook his head at Blue, "I don't think it matters whether you hear or not, this concerns the whole castle anyways." He took a breath, "A dragon, someone I can't quite name at the moment, was found dead on the steps. There were no signs of any marks or struggle on her body. I believe it was magic that killed her." He explained the the three dragons.

Ushu followed him, a bit behind so that it could seem casual. "Chasmos, I don't think he's the one we need to worry about," she sighed under her breath. But she trusted this would work out. She had to.

Noctus chuckled. "I see. I'm almost done. Gimme a sec!" he said before diving back into the deer. Soon, he was finished.

Rune had been waiting quietly. She gave them all a soft smile.

Kimbra's eyes widened. "Then I assume it was quick... But... Maybe we should identify who it is, so we can find out her relations to other dragons. Maybe there was someone who had reason or desire to kill her. We need to figure out who did this, before they can do it to someone else," he sighed.

Blue rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath, "Pfft. Magic..."

"We should go chat with her," Corvelix said with a smile. "She looks a bit shaken up. Maybe she's newer and not used to the place."

"Yeah, it's me we have to worry about. Don't need another dead person in the castle, especially if Hoshi likes him so dearly." Chasmos hissed, remembering when Hoshi had told him she liked Wellan. Maybe he was at peace with her for certain things, but he still hadn't forgiven her for cheating on him, with her SISTER's boyfriend. He then walked and stopped in front of the 'church's' door, looking at all the beautiful gravings and the two dragon statues standing at each side of the doors. He then walked in, looking around at the exquisite beauty, "...Show-off." he mumbled under his breath, making his way to the back door.

Wellan, hearing claws clicking on the ground, got up from his bed and made his way to the main room,

"Ah, Ushu, it's n-"

Wellan was cut off when he bumped into Chasmos. The green dragon grumbled and looked up, his eyes suddenly turning bitter and cold as they laid sight upon Taso's son.

"Chasmos." Wellan said bitterly, no emotion on his face.

"Wellan." Chasmos replied, his voice sounding like a growl.

"It's... nice to see you here. Any particular reason as to why? Last time I checked, you didn't practice any religion."

"I'm just here to move on with life."

"I see." Wellan said, sitting down. 'You'll need it.' he thought.

There was a moment of awkward and unpleasant silence in the room, with the two male dragons just staring at each other bitterly. Then Wellan cleared his throat, feeling a bit nervous near the dragon that almost took his life. His anxiety didn't go unoticed, as Chasmos saw sweat drops pearl down Wellan's forehead.

"Pretty hot in here, huh? That robe of yours must make it a bit harder to resist the heat." Chasmos said, taking a slight superior look.

"U-urm, yes, quite." Wellan sighed, "So, aherm, instead of sitting here doing nothing, we should, talk, no?" he said.

"Alright. But what will we talk about?" Chasmos asked, 'Not like you have anything interesting to say anyways...' the rainbow dragon thought.

"Well, is there anything you want to clarify with me?" Wellan said.

"Actually, yes. I'm still mad at you for kissing my girlfriend who so happened to be the sister of YOURS." Chasmos hissed.

Wellan's eyes widened as he sighed, "[yeep] Chasmos! She just kissed me like that, it's not like we had a godd.amn child! This is something you talk to with HER, not ME!" he roared, not even bothering to notice that Ushu was in the same room as them.

"I already talked to her. And don't you remember, I said, 'It's not over.'" Chasmos hissed, showing his sharp teeth.

Wellan slightly backed away, an annoyed look in his eyes, "Fine. What do you want?"

Chasmos froze. He never thought of that... all that was on his mind was getting revenge... but what DID he want? After a few minutes of silence, Wellan spoke:

"Exactly. You're too busy swimming in your own anger that you didn't even step back and analysed what you truly wanted. You want me to leave Hoshi alone? Fine, done. And maybe the problem doesn't lie within me or her, there was surely a REASON as to why she suddenly kissed me. Maybe she thought it would make you angry because she was angry at you and wanted a bit of revenge. Or... maybe it's something else. Maybe it's something you did." Wellan said, regaining his calm posture.

Chasmos sighed and looked at the ground. He was always right, always! And now he, Chasmos, was stuck being the bad guy again... what Wellan said was true in some part... by why was he still angry at the green dragon?

"And you also notice me as a threat to your relationship with Hoshi, because you want to keep her as yours no matter what it takes, and that's why you killed Cero, because he was, for you, a menace to you relationship. Chasmos then stared at Wellan, shocked by the dragon's last phrase. He growled. "Oh, COME ON. Did I hurt your ego again? LEAVE FOR GOD'S SAKE! JUST WALK OUT THE DOOR!" Wellan roared, getting heated up for some strange reason.

"Fine, I will. Have fun with your little stuck-up waitress."

Wellan hissed, "WHAT did you call Ushu?!"

Chasmos turned around and got closer to him, now just a few mere inches separated the two dragons. "Oh look, now somebody's getting defensive! What's the matter, did I HURT the relationship between you and your little girlfriend, hm, you da.mn hypocrite?!"

Wellan growled and let out an angry huff, "Well, at least I'm not MURDERING somebody to protect a friend!" he snarled.

"Well at least I'M staying with ONE person and not grabbing every girl I see!" Chasmos replied.

"You know... maybe that's why Hoshi left you. Because YOU'RE the problem, and you won't stop denying it! I thought you were here to MOVE ON WITH LIFE, NOT STICK YOUR EGOISTIC HEAD IN THE GROUND AND HIDE FROM THE TRUTH! You KILLED people Chasmos, consider yourself a VERY lucky man that Hoshi didn't leave you when you first raged! She must have been so tired with all your problems that the poor dragoness couldn't handle all the stress! And to top it off, your ego as fat as the moon and thinking 'Oh look at me I'm the best, nneeiii!' didn't make things any better!" Wellan shouted. "Now, GET.OUT." he said, tired of having to yell at Chasmos.

"That's not true... it isn't..." Chasmos said, his eyes full of shock, "I'm...not... the... problem...!" he sobbed, lying on the ground and putting his paws over his head. Wellan sighed, even if he hated Chasmos, he couldn't bare seeing him cry. He knew how sometimes the truth hurt. The green dragon sat next to Chasmos, looking a bit uncomfortable as he patted the rainbow-coloured dragon's head, "There there." he said, 'Maybe I was a bit harsh on him...' both thought, looking around the room. Chasmos pushed Wellan away and got up, tail and head low. He then gave Wellan a stern and cold look before leaving the church. The green dragon sighed in relief and dropped himself on the ground, sweating as he calmed down.

Sorry for the long text, I just love when these guys interact. ;u; SO MUCH TENSION. ❤️

"Alright, looks like we're all done. What should we do now? Go outside in the gardens, to the library? Or we could train at the arena or watch a battle!" Medousa said, already getting excited.

"I would go outside, the weather's nice." Puko said, who was sitting quietly at a table next to them. He then saw as they turned their head towards him, "Oh, um, sorry if I startled you." he chuckled nervously, slightly blushing.

@chapus2009 Well dang girl, that post. XD I read the whole thing (Though I must admit Hoshi deserves some blame because she was kind of a [yeep] because of what she did.) and my favorite line ever was: She just kissed me like that, it's not like we had a godd.amn child! XD Absolutely perfect.

Tenebrae chuckled as he listened to Medousa list out a bunch of different activities. "I don't really care what we do, but we need to do something because I'm boooorrrred." He groaned, rolling over onto his back and looking at them upside down just to prove how bored he was. "What do you guys want to do?" He asked Noctus and Rune.

Kaji nodded his head, "I agree, and i think I know the dragoness from earlier, it was a female. I think her name was like Sarah or something along those lines. She wasn't too old but she wasn't a teenager either. I think she was about your guys' age." He said, stating what he remembered of the freshly dead dragoness on the steps. "And now that I think about it, I left her sitting on the steps. I don't think anyone moved her and now there is a chance hatchlings are going to come across her, just great."

Magia was quietly thinking in her heads, only giving Blue and glance when she spoke. She couldn't help but remember when Blue had tried to ban magic from the castle and how everyone treated her after that. She finally shook of the thought and thought more on the dragoness, from how Kaji had described her. She then quietly murmured, "Saire."
