Medousa stayed silent for a moment, gazing at the area where Percy and Kisha had disappeared. She then looked at the ground, her paws shuffling, "He... he's right. I was going a b-bit too harsh on her." she sighed, "I was just so... angry."

Wellan chuckled, "Well, that's the thing. He doesn't know you much but he's only seen you a few times, so I'd be surprised if he doesn't like you. Sure he can be mean a few times but I don't think he'd step so low all the way to hate a random stranger." he said.

Yoru chuckled at her comment and nodded, "That's good, you deserve to be able to act like a hatchling for at least a little while." He said with a smile at her, surprised yet pleased that she was just joking around now.

Tenebrae stayed frozen in his spot, hoping that Rune would not notice he was in the bush as he stayed completely frozen, like a statue almost.

Zoru considered for several long moments at who he was gonna kill. He then looked at Vester, "Who are your's? I have two in mind that I know nobody will expect. They're both too weak to be of much attention now but it'll set a warning, it'll make everyone paranoid, scared even."

Corue was growling at the rogue, but then stopped. "Corvelix.. this rogue.. he looks half-starved..." He noticed. "You were right, dragons steal only when they need to.. do.. do you think we should give him half the elk?" He asked, knowing that every dragon in the world had a purpose. He stayed between the rogue and the elk though; maybe this one did deserve to starve.

Astrum looked up at Yoru. "Acting like a hatchling doesn't help anyone though.. what would be the purpose of it if I understand the responsibilities as an adult?" She asked. All she could think about was how she had to hunt and defend herself while she was all alone for a month. If she just acted like a hatchling, she would be dead by now.

Sorry guys, going through some connection issues here... Only after my dad messed with the computer. u-u Yet he claims he had nothing to do with it.

"Well... WHY are you angry, Medousa? There's no reason to be mad at her, she's never done anything to you. You've never even met her before. And she's only a hatchling, like us," Noctus said.

Ushu nodded thoughtfully. "Well... Okay! I'm up for it if you want me to, Wellan." She grinned brightly.

Rune was frozen as she scented around, then decided to keep looking, passing the bush.

Vester chuckled. "Well, as for me... One of high importance... And the other not so much, just a guard... In fact, the first one... Well... His death will cause a LOT of chaos... So I suggest saving him for last."

The rogue was staring daggers at them.

Corvelix sighed and looked at him. "I... I guess we could. Maybe he'll loosen up a bit if we do, anyway."

Oh god hearing Vester and Zoru talk about their targets is making me nervous. ;n;

"..." Medousa said nodding. She just stared at the ground, silent, lost in though. Noctus did have a point... WHY was she mad? Problem was, it seemed to be the only question she couldn't answer, "I... I'm not sure Noctus... maybe I was shocked and scared to see a domestic dragon come out of nowhere." she sighed sadly.

Wellan smiled, he loved how enthusiastic and up for the challenge Ushu was, "Certainly. I don't know where he but I think he was headed for the kitchen. You go take care of him and I'll be here if you ever need help." he said, smiling. He then walked towards his room but stopped right in front of the door, "Just... be careful, alright?" he said, sounding a bit worried.

After some time flying, Draken had stopped in front of a medium sized hole, just big enough for him to fit it. He then walked in, pressing his wings tightly against his body to avoid hurting them. After some walking, he finally arrived to a larger room. In the middle was a stone table covered in blood behind which was a large altar. He snarled as he saw that no one was around.

Yoru sighed, "It's just that you're a child for much less time than your an adult, and once you grow older you lose that freedom and innocence that hatchlings have. I just hate when dragons are forced to grow up too fast, I've seen it happen before and they never get the chance to be a kid."

Tenebrae grinned triumphantly and was hit with a rush of victory, well at least until he sneezed. He felt the tingle in his nose and then he let out a large sneeze that could probably heard by anyone nearby.

Zoru nodded his head, "Let's go right now then, we can start off with one of my kills." He said with a grin, stretching out his legs and shaking his wing, though he wasn't planning on flying. No he was gonna do what he usually did and poof to where he wanted to go. They'd see him flying in from a mile away.

Corue nodded to Corvelix. "Tear off half of the elk and throw it over." He said. A part of him told him not to do this- the rogue deserved to starve. But the other part of him was taking pity on the creature.

Astrum looked deeply into Yoru's eyes. Her eyes were filled with the sight of murder; blood; terror. "I've already lost that innocence," she murmured.

Noctus shrugged. "Whatever, it's over now. As long as you aren't mean to them ever again without reason... Then I'm sure you're forgiven."

"Sure, Wellan. I'll let you know if I have any problems," Ushu said, stepping outside. "I'll go see if I can find him now." With that, she went off in search of Chasmos.

Rune looked around and laughed as she discovered Tenebrae. "Nice try, Tenny, but you shouldn't have sneezed!" she giggled as she moved to tackle him.

Vester nodded. "Good luck. Though I'm sure you don't need it. Let me know when you're done, no?" She grinned and sat down patiently.

Corvelix nodded and did as instructed, tossing the half of the elk over to the rogue.

The rogue's eyes brightened as the sight of it. "O-Oh my god! Are you seriously giving this to me?! By Shaiy..." He began to savagely tear apart the elk, like a dragon who hadn't eaten in days... Proof that he really was just a lonely, hungry rogue.

Medousa nodded shakily. She then let out a large sigh before slightly smiling at Noctus.

Wellan nodded and smiled, "Alright. Good luck!"

Chasmos was, like Wellan had guessed, in the kitchen, his head lying on the a table like a sad dog. He sighed, not knowing what to do, yet he had this strange feeling something was bound to happen... and soon. He grumbled and groaned, trying to figure out what was bothering him so much.

Yoru looked back at her with a sad smile, "Haven't we all?" He asked, though it was more of a rhetorical question than anything.

Tenebrae smiled sheepishly, "Whoops, these flowrs smelled funny so I sneezed." He admitted, motioning towards the light pink and white flowers that clung to the bush, and then he let out another sneeze.

Zoru nodded, "Once I'm done I'll be back." He then let out one last yawn to shake off any tiredness he still felt. Then in a slash of green, he disappeared from sight. He reappeared almost immediately in a small nook between the castle and woods. It was hidden from view of the other dragons and Zoru grinned, now he just had to find the right target. He lifted his nose to the air and tried to find the scent, he had smelled the dragon before and knew their scent well enough.

Corue stood over the dragon. "May this food give you the strength to catch your own food from now on, and not to steal any more from anyone." He said. He turned back to Corvelix. "We should get this prey to our palace."

Astrum nodded and sighed. She started to fall asleep next to Yoru since all of this was making her exhausted.

Noctus smiled brightly. "Better?" he asked curiously. He seemed to have felt a lot better than a few minutes ago.

Ushu approached Chasmos quietly. "Hey, Chasmos," she greeted softly. "I don't know if you know me very well. It's Ushu."

Rune giggled. "You're silly. Okay, do you think that's enough of tag for one day?"

Corvelix nodded. "I'll take it," she said, picking it up in her claws and then spreading her wings to rise into the air.

Chasmos grumbled and didn't bother to look up, to grumpy at the moment to want to talk to anybody or do anything major. He then let out a heavy sigh, suddenly feeling bad for not talking to the stranger who seemed so friendly. He then lifted his head, "I've never met you before. Is there something you want from me?..." he asked.

Yoru chuckled and kept his tail wrapped around Astrum before lying down, allowing her to fall asleep if she wanted to.

Tenebrae let out a small yawn and said, "I'm kind of tired, do you want to go to the kitchen and get something to eat. I think some dragons came back from hunting not too long. That means the prey will still be fresh."

Zoru moved quickly into the castle, using a spell of invisibility, following his nose. He searched for the dragon of little importance, she was the first, a mere warning for those in the Palace. He groaned in his head when he reached the kitchen, there were a few dragons in there already. He moved silently, finally spotting his target. He could see the long silver tail out behind her as she leaned down to pick up some prey.

Corue took one last look at the rogue, and then spread his wings as well. He took to the air, following Corvelix.

Astrum opened her eyes and crawled up to Yoru's head. "Hey, Yoru? Do.. Do you think my parents are watching me from up there?" She asked, looking up at the sky.

"Good. Maybe we should go back home?" Noctus suggested. He seemed proud still of Percy's compliment. He loved to hear that he was similar to his grandfather, and that one day he would make a great king. That was what he wanted.

Ushu smiled. "No, not really. I mean, you just looked so lonely, so I thought... Maybe you want to talk or something? If you're okay with that, I mean..."

"Sure!" Rune said with a smile. "Rabbit sounds good right now..." she said thoughtfully. "Let's go!" With that, she took off towards the kitchen.

Corvelix headed back home. "I feel good now. For helping that rogue, I mean," she said thoughtfully.

Medousa nodded, watching as she looked up and saw as the sun was close to starting to set.

Chasmos grumbled, the feeling in his stomach getting stronger, "Sure, just stay here. I need to do something first..." he sighed, getting up and heading to the kitchens, hoping to see Hoshi. (Don't worry Hed, he most likely won't see Zoru kill her. c: But it's gonna add some drama. >D)

@chapus2009 Well, this just got a whole lot more interesting. And I honestly though that nobody really liked Hoshi because she was kind of horrid earlier on. I mean she did kind of try and break up Xale and Wellen, and she kind of never visited Chasmos in the cell. I mean she felt really bad of course but still...

Yoru smiled and nodded slightly, "Yes, I am positive that they are watching over you right now. I'm also sure that they are very proud of what they see." He assured her, looking up at the sky as he spoke, thinking of his own parents.

Tenebrae chuckled and followed after her, still sneezing from the flowers. He hoped there was nothing wrong with the flowers that he had hid in, he was sneezing a lot and he wasn't even in the bush anymore.

Zoru was just at the beginnings of a spell when some multicolored dragon walked in. He cursed under his breath, nobody was supposed to show up! That wasn't good. He needed to be able to be alone. If his target just fell dead out of nowhere, he's easily be discovered and there would be not slyness. He's be caught and his chance for another kill would be slim, it would make things too hard. He growled silently and waited for the dragon to leave so that he could continue. Besides, he could sense the magic coming off the new dragon, he'd be able to tell the kill was by magic easily.(I've been wondering what an encounter between Hoshi and Chasmos would be like after the fight so now I need to know. XD)

Hoshi was humming under he breath when she heard someone walking in. She looked up and spotted Chasmos, surprised to see him. "Um, hello, need something to eat?" She asked him quietly as she turned away from the prey.

"You really think so?" Astrum looked at Yoru, a sparkle in her eyes. She wants her parents to be proud of who she is; she wants them to think that Astrum is someone special.

Noctus nodded and took flight into the air, heading back towards Sky Palace. "C'mon, Medousa!" he called, soaring off.

"Alright..." Ushu watched Chasmos leave in confusion. She sighed in disappointment. So close. But he didn't seem interested in speaking. However, she would try again.

Rune headed into the kitchen, looking around for the fresh prey brought in. She spotted one of the elk brought in by Corue and Corvelix and looked at Tenebrae. "Well, do you think that's a bit much for just us?"

Corvelix nodded and smiled. "Glad you think so. He was still quite odd, though, don't you think? Very ferocious at first... Guess it just must've been because he was desperate and hungry." She shook it off.

Medousa chuckled and quickly followed him. She then saw Draken behind them, flying slowly, but he was gaining speed pretty quickly.

Puko, who was in the kitchens, looked at Ushu, wondering who she was. But in his distraction, he tripped and fell down, faceplanting into the table she was sitting on as an avalanche of pots and pans went on the ground. He groaned and sighed, his face still pressed against the wooden table. He then felt a tap on his shoulder and looked to be facing a sternly looking Vermiculus. He gulped and the white dragon huffed, walking away. Puko then turned at Ushu as he picked up the pots and pans with his magic, "Um, sorry." he said, slightly blushing of embarrassment (he blushed quite often. xD) as he quickly walked away, pans and pots floating above the white fairy dragon.

Chasmos shook his head, "No, I'm not hungry." he said, "... So... um... I suppose I'm sorry. How are you though?" he asked, sighing as he scratched the back of his head.

@froggytails Haha, yeah, Hoshi has her moments. ^^ She's probably my nicest dragons, but she has done quite her share of awful things too.
@pebblestar-nightclan Yeah, their family is dropping like flies. ;-; First Unbrich, then Firan, now Hoshi. I was actually not planning on killing her anytime soon but I was trying to figure out two dragons to kill and she's the dragon I've used the least so...
@chapus2009 Yeah, I feel like it's gonna be really awkward but in a funny kind of way. XD

Yoru grinned slightly and nodded her head, "Yes I do, they have every right to be proud too." He said with a smile, "If I had a kid like you I know I would be, you're very strong for your age, stronger than some full grown dragons I know."

Tenebrae nodded, "Yeah, maybe we could find someone to share the rest with, or we could ask for smaller prey like those rabbits you mentioned before. It doesn't matter to me." He said thoughtfully, looking at the fresh elk that Corue and Corvelix had brought back.

Hoshi couldn't help but grin slightly to herself, despite the awkwardness of the situation. "I should really be the one apologizing, not the other way around." She commented with a sad smile, "And I really am sorry. I've been good though, mainly just working, what about you?"

Corue nodded. "Dragons do crazy things when their desperate, I've noticed." He said. "Well, I don't think he'll be stealing anymore."

Astrum's eyes sparkled even more. "Thanks Yoru." She looked back up at the sky. "Your parents are watching us too," she added, remembering him talking about his parents before. "I bet their happy to see that you made a new friend." She smiled.

Noctus glanced behind them, confused. "What is he doing...?" he asked, referring to the dragon following them, Draken. "I don't know him too well, but you do, right? He one of your father's friends, right? Or... creations... or acquaintances... or whatever you wanna call it."

Ushu smiled kindly at Puko and watched him walk away. "It's okay!" she called after him. She wondered what Vermiculus was doing and where he had come so suddenly from.

"Let's just go ask for some rabbits," Rune decided after a moment with a nod. "That way nothing will go to waste."

Corvelix nodded. She then looked at Corue and smiled. "You were pretty brave back there. I mean, it was two on one, and he looked weak anyway, but still, you attacked him without hesitation. That's really admirable..." she said, sounding a bit quiet, as if embarrassed to be complimenting.

Medousa looked behind her as well, asking herself the same question as Noctus, "Hm... good question." she sighed, "Oh, I never really knew his story. Apparently Taso had taken a vampire dragon scale and was able to create a hatchling from it, but like me, he modified him in his egg to well... make him stronger." she sighed, sounding a bit sad.

Puko slightly smiled at her before disappearing in the kitchen.

Chasmos, not wanting to jump into a huge discussion of who should forgive who, just nodded, "I understand. I've been fine... I suppose, haven't been able to do much." he sighed.

Tenebrae nodded his head, "Alright then, where is someone that we can ask?" He asked, looking around to try and spot Hoshi and another person working in the kitchen so that they could get their rabbits.

Hoshi nodded her head and said, "Well it's good to know that you've been doing well. So did Wellen or anyone else come talk to you about that training that they were planning?" She asked curiously, wondering if they had gotten around to talking to him yet. It hadn't been all too long since Wellen had mentioned it to her but she was still curious.

Corue smiled, blushing a bit at the praise. "Thanks, Corvelix. I just didn't want another dragon to steal from me again I guess.. I'm a bit surprised I did that as well since I don't like to get into fights." He chuckled. "You were pretty great yourself." He added.

"I bet they are proud of you," Astrum said, smiling at Yoru. "You're a good dragon. I can tell since we're friends now- and only good dragons are my friends." She said. "Yeah, I am getting tired." She yawned.

Hey guys, does anybody remember whether I ever killed of Saire or not? I can't remember whether I did or not. ._.

Yoru smiled at Astrum's words and nodded his head, "Good to know and let's go find you a room you can stay in." He suggested to her, "There are plenty in the Palace."

Tenebrae nodded, "Maybe we should wait until they finish before we ask... Or maybe we could find someone else, they can't only have one person on duty, right?"

Hoshi nodded her head, "Maybe, Wellen talk to me about it, asking if I would be able to do it earlier. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it correctly though, or if you'd even want me to so he probably figured Ushu would be much better for the job than I."
