As they walked into the cafeteria, Umbra instantly smelled something delicious. "That's amazing." Umbra smiled. "So every dragon has a job here?"

Corue bared his teeth. "It becomes my business if you're bulling others." He growled. "And does it really matter how I got here?" He asked. "It only matters that I'm here now, and I'm Corue, pleasure to meet you." He said, stupidly.

Jolan then walked out and went towards te library. He then picked up and random book and started reading it.

"Well, not everybody works here. Some are just normal resitents. Or some are too old, too weak, too young or too ill to work. I'm sure you'll find a place here.

I love how Corue is fighting with Magia and Kimbra, Umbra and Azura are hanging, and Jolan is just like: :I I'm just gonna read. xD Our characters are all so different it's awesome!

Umbra nodded. "Yeah, well, if I'm going to live here, might as well work." She shrugged.

Corue's tail twiched. "Oh yes, like interrogating a dragonling is SO much better." He said, sarcastically. He didn't understand this at all, and it made him angry. What could these dragons had possibly asked that dragon to make him upset?
He glared at Magia, his stare saying: 'Want to start something?'

She then shook her head and sat down on a chair, "What would you like to eat?" she asked, smiling.

Magia stared back at him as if to say 'Go ahead, I could take you down in seconds.' She snarled slightly, a small ball of energy formig in front of her showing that she was on the brink of attacking.

Corue held back. Something about Kimbra's words made him rethink what he was doing. He didn't understand how Kimbra's words held him back, but they did. "I..." He started. "I just don't want any dragonlings suffering." He took a deep breath and looked back at the two dragons, calming down. He looked at Magia, realizing something. "There's no need to fight over this." he stated. "So... you two weren't being mean to that dragonling?" He asked.

"Hmm..." Umbra thought about the jobs Azura had told her might fit her. While she was thinking, she saw the food Azura had pointed out. Her mouth watered as she saw all the food in front of her. "I..." Umbra couldn't decide.
So many choices, Umbra thought.
"I could have anything, everything looks so good."

Jolan looked up. He was a bit startled, "Oh hi Sashira." he said.

The cook then smiled at Umbra, "New here, aren't yah? Here, I'll make yer a plate with everyyything on them menu. I won't put much, so yah can come back and take what you like most." she said. She then made a plated and gave it to Umbra, "Here yah go sweetie! And what could I do for the adorable Azura?" she chuckled.

"I would like a Prickled cactus." Azura said, smiling.

Magia nodded slowly, "We wouldn't harm the hatchling but we had a few questions, very important ones, and we needed answers that only he could give. We didn't mean to make him upset he just became nervous and left." She explained slowly.

Umbra licked her lips at the full plate of different colors and smells. She looked up and smiled at the cook. "Thank you." She said, taking the plate and going over to find somewhere to sit.

Corue nodded to both of them. "I'm sorry I misunderstood." He apologized. He looked toward the correction the dragonling ran off to. "I wonder why he got so upset then..."

"Here yah go sweetheart!" the cook said, handing her a plate.

"Thanks." Azura said, smiling, "Come Umbra. I know the best place. Mommy always reserves it. I hope she comes and visit today." she said, happy. She then walked up some stairs that led to a big floating balcony, "Hop on! It's about to go, so hurry!" Azura giggled, jumpijg on the platform.

Corue widened his eyes. "You get a lot of that around here?" He asked, feeling as embarrassed as ever for misunderstanding them.
Corue wanted to know the reason for the dragonling to be nervous, but he just shook his head.
No, he told himself. This has nothing to do with me.

Umbra chuckled and ran after Azura. She jumped on the platform as it was leaving. "I made it." She said happily.

"Great!" Azura giggled. The platform started moving until it stopped in the middle of the side. A magical spell was done so that nobody could fall down, "Look at the view we've got Umbra!" she said, pointing the castle.

"Hello darling. I seen you brought a friend." an angelic voice sang.

"Mommy! You came to visit me!" Azura said, her eyes sparkling.

A dragon then magically appeared. She was green and she had brown antlers growing out of her head. She had a beautiful brown mane and a slim and long body. She had long and thin wings that were pressed against her majestic body. Birds and leaves grew around her body, "Hello Umbra." she said, smiling. She then sat down and made a golden apple appear on her plate, "Tell me Azura, how is Amar?" she asked.

"Oh, uncle's doing okay I guess. Still has his bi-polar attitude." Azura said.

"Ok, I guess." Jolan sighed.

Something's been going on, Corue thought. But how come I haven't heard of it?
"Do you two know what has happened to 'cause this?" He asked.

"The view's amazing!" Umbra said as she looked outside the window. All of a sudden she heard an angelic voice. She turned around to see Azura's mom.
Wow, she's so beautiful, Umbra thought.
"Hello." Umbra greeted. "Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you as well. I suppose my daughter already talked about me. I am Ililia, goddess of 2nd Rank, daughter of Inu and Kon and goddess of nature. What are you eating today Azura?" she said, looking at her daughter's plate.

"Prickled cactus." Azura said, smiling, "And a BIT of meat." she said, "I'm going to try and eat it this time."

"Thats good Azura. You see Umbra, Azura was born with a power, she has the ability to change into different animals by birth. Until other dragons, she does not have to learn the spell to be able to proform. But, this power came with a cost. She has had difficulty eating meat since her digestive system did not accept meat. So, she's slowly eating meat every day." Ililia said.

Magia nodded, "Yeah, not EVERYTHING just just bits and pieces." She said, her voice calm and smooth. She was still slightly tense, in case Conrue decided to attack or something but she didn't think he would.

Is everything a secret here? Corue thought.
Corue believed them when they said they only know bits and pieces of what was going on, but why didn't they know everything? It it's something that's concerning everyone, everyone should know about it.

Umbra nodded at Ililia, and then gasped at how Azura's digestive system was. "It's amazing that Azura has that power." She stated. "But for a price.." She looked down at Azura. "I am sorry to hear you can't eat meat."

"It's ok. I'm getting used to eating meat. It's rather good actually. But it's like an allergy. There are replacements. I eat bugs, my stomach does not mind them. Sometimes I eat seeds and nuts. But those are a bit rarer around the corner. I can only turn into small bugs for the moment. I'm trying to turn into a bird, but it's so good." Azura chuckled, "I can eat a small chuck of meat with no problem." she said.

"Oh..." Corue said as he heard there are secrets. "Well, i guess every place has to have it's secrets." He sighed as he sat down. He looked back up to them. "Thanks for welcoming me here." Corue smiled and bowed in respect.

"Well, I'm glad you're able to eat at least little chunks." Umbra said. "Maybe when you grow up more you'll be able to eat more meat then that." Umbra felt bad for Azura though.
Who could stand to eat bugs? Umbra thought. She always ate meat, never bugs, but she didn't want to bring it up.
