Rune squeaked again and batted softly at Umbra.

"Me too," Corvelix said. "Well, I don't know about you, but I'm gonna get some sleep." She curled up in the cave, her tail trailing over her nose, and closed her eyes.

Taso sighed and looked at his mother again, "I understand."

"Good. We begin tomorrow. Don't fail on me, this will be the only chance in our lives to do this.We have waites long enough, the stars are aligned and we have gotten many signs that the time has come, too many even." Alia said, "Now leave. And be ready when the time comes, or you will end up burning in hell like all the 'others'." she hissed, leaving the room.

Taso felt shivers going up his back. He then groaned. This was too much. He had just come back, his daughter was born and now the most important moment of his life is coming in less than 24 hours. He though he was going to collasp in his proper room.

Rune then looked around rapidly, as if she expected something to jump out at her, being paranoid.

Corvelix fell asleep slowly.

@hedwig68 Well, good question. 😸 It depends of the species, some dragons can be smaller than others. If they can kill deer easily and shake humans in their jaws, they are certainly bigger than a horse. I would say around... 8-10 meters tall on four legs and maybe 20-30 meters long from jaw to tail. 😋

Taso sighed and sat on his bed. Some many questions bombarded in his mind. What would his family and friends react? Would he be able, or will he fail? Will the others stop them or will they be able to do what they have to do? How will he feel dong this? He just laid his head on his pillow and sighed.

There was nothing there, there was no real reason (known) that Rune was acting funny. She suddenly curled up, yawning.

Corvelix opened one eye and stared at Corue. 'Really?' she thought sarcastically.

Rune looked into Umbra's eyes one more time before closing her own and falling asleep.

Taso woke up very early. The sun had just started to rise. He then walked downstairs.

Alia was down at the dungeons. She had already killed all the guards. She then sat in the hall in front of Cervis's and Wellan's cells, "LISTEN MY DEAR FOLLOWERS! YOU HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH FOR THIS GLORIOUS DAY! AMAR, THE FOOLISH GOD THAT HAD IMPRISONED ALL OF YOU WILL NOW PAY FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE! NOW THE TIME HAS COME!" she roared. All the dragons in cells roared in victory. Wellan was just confused. Alia opened all the cell cages and all the prisoners ran to the entry.

Taso sighed and heard the shouts. He then cast a spell that weakened the strong citizens of the castle.

Wellan just stayed in his cell, looking at Alia, "Why did...?"

"Don't worry honey. This will be quick." Alia chuckled, grinning. She then covered Wellan's head with a hood, making him unable to see, "Wha?!" he said. Alia turned him into a smaller dragon and carried him in her jaw. She then ran outside in the halls.

Amar groaned, "WHAT IS ALL THIS COMMOTION?!" he roared.

Magia was walking down the hallways and she finally arrived at a bedroom. She knocked on the door, "Dad, are you in there?" She called outside the bedroom, she didn't even seem to notice any sort of noise, she was to lost in thought.

Umbra jumped as she heard all the screams and shouts. "What in the world is going on..?" She said as she brought herself closer to Rune, protecting the dragonling from anything that might come to get her.

Kimbra awoke as he heard commotion.

Rune woke up and her eyes were wide with fear.

Fulvia raced to the prison where he heard the commotion. "What's going on?!" he roared.

The prisoners were running in all of the directions, breaking items, but causing no harm to the citizens.

Amar tried using his magic, but he felt like it was being absorbed, "What is happening...?" he groaned.

"SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING." Wellan shouted through his miniature mouth as Alia was running towards Amar's tower.

Taso quickly followed his mother.

Chasmos looked around, trying to find loved ones.

Mira was tackling some prisoners.

Azura was quietly sitting in the middle of the commotion.

Fengo opened the door and looked at his daughter. He looked behind her and saw all the people running, "..." He just stared, speechless as his eyes grew cold.

Magia looked at Fengo and then saw all the craziness happening, "You know what, um, I'll be right back. There seems to be a bit of dilema, but I will be back." She then raced off, thoough she was feeling tired, "Okay who set all the prisoners free?!" She growled as she tripped one prisoner so that he flew into a wall.

Saria was sitting in the nusery holding Tenebrae close to her, she also had Magia's egg near her so that she could make sure nothing happened to it while she was busy.

Hoshi was helping Yoru attack some prisoners.

Umbra just held Rune closer and looked over at Saria. She gave Saria a reassuring smile, but couldn't help the fear in her eyes. "The babies will all be fine."

Corue jumped as he heard something. "Hey- did you hear that?" He murmured.

Kimbra walked out into all of the commotion and saw (well, not really) a lot happening. He sighed and thought deeply.

Sashira ran into the nursery. "Rune!" she called and ran over to Umbra after seeing Rune huddled by her.

Fulvia ran after Alia and Taso. "You two! Stop!" he called.

Kaleel, Xale, and Maka were pinning prisoners to the ground and growling. Blue, on the other hand, was being a little less friendly than the others to the prisoners.

Happy Valentine's day! 😃

Cervis saw Fulvia and jumped on him, "GO! SERVE OUR GOD! QUICKLY!" he screamed as he started to bite Fulvia.

Alia hissed and kept running.

Taso sighed and kept following his mother.

Amar, Mira, Chasmos and all the others were trying to stop as many prisoners as possible.

The prisoners started attacking.

Alia finally made it to the top of the tower, were she dropped Wellan. She then turned him to his normal size and tied him to some altar, "I ORDER YOU TO RELEASE ME!" he roared. Alia chuckled, "I'm afraid that won't be possible darling." She then turned towards Taso, "Do it."

Taso sighed and casted a spell. The tower was then surronded by some strange black dragon spirits. Wellan looked around, scared and afraid as the spirits started to circle closer towards him. Taso groaned as the spell took much power to us. Wellan then felt immense pain as the spirits seem to be suffocating him.

Fengo saw the tower immersed in black, "No no no!" he said.

Magia shot a tiny firebolt at Cervis, not seeming happy with all the prisoners running amuck. She wasn't sure whether to kill them or not by she instead looked at Fulvia, "How's the leader and where did they go?!!" She yelled angrily, though it was obvious she was losing power.

Jalob, Kaji, Yoru, and Hoshi were all attack prisoners, occasionally killing if necessary.

Saria didn't even seem to notice Umbra, she just stayed huddled up around the egg and Tenebrae.

Zoru was watching all the chaos quietly, nobody even seemed to notice him and he watched a few prisoners run past him.

Fulvia growled and got up and stood over Cervis. "The leader was a dragoness who looked like Taso. She had something with her, and Taso was with her, too..." he reported.

Most of my dragons stopped when the spirits began to surround the palace, and they felt strange.

"Daddy..." Rune whispered before huddling closer to Umbra and looking fearfully at Sashira.

Sashira looked at Rune in awe but she sighed. "What about daddy?"

Yay, everybody is online! 😃

Wellan them started screaming as the spirits got closer. There was a sudden explosion that was then followed by a cloud of black mist. There was not a sound... Everything was quiet, even the prisoners had stopped to fight and just stared at the tower...

Then, a shadowy figure came out from the dust. It was the same size and same shape as Wellan. It was purely black and had golden markings all it's body. It's eyes had a pure gold color and there almost seemed to be beams gleaming out from them.

"Athis..." Alia gasped, smiling. She then bowed down.

"Your work has finally been paid off Alia. Your wait is no longer." 'Athis' said, turning towards Taso, who had bowed down as well.

The prisoners then started chanting and singing in glory, "Our lord is back! We are free! Free!" they chanted, running around in joy.

"Now, I would like to speak with my brother." Wellan said, smiling.

NOTE!

Before making any confusion, Athis is FAR different from Altorus, Fusia OR the Reaper. In this case, Wellan still has control over his body, unlike Altorus, Fusia or the Reaper. But we can say that his mind has be 'darkened.'

HISTORY LESSON!

Altorus was once a god of 1rst Rank. He was the mate of Ania, who was mother of Athis, Amar and somebody else (won't tell who). He then fell in love with a mortal and had children with her. Jealous, Ania killed the mortal and the children, driving Altorus insane, thus banning him from the god kingdom. There, he build an army by the name of the 'Golden Eyes', to fight against the gods. The plan failed and few survived. Altorus then betrayed his own army, so they burned him. His son, Athis, soon took his place. He planned an attack, but they were trapped by Amar. To save his 'army', he used a spell to protect them, but only his soul survived among one of the Goldeneye descendants, which turned out to be Wellan.
