Grace sighed as she heard the announcement. Well, wasn't this just great? She went to the square and looked around. She heard a scream and winced. She had, in a sense, trained her ears to listen for the slightest noises. Like a leaf being crunched under a foot. A scream was not what she needed. She decided to not be noticed and just stood where she was.

Grace leaned against a stone pillar next to the one which the girl that screamed was hiding behind. She crossed her arms and watched the square. One boy was laughing. Two girls were shooting killing looks at each other. One boy walked in. Grace instantly shuddered. She could only think of one word, it made her feel childish. Mean. She didn't know why. Silently, she chastised herself. Don't judge a book by its cover. Too late. She looked around at everyone else. It was kind of peaceful here. For now.

Rosaline trotted across the pavement. She spots Sylvia, with Kara. Rosaline runs over to Sylvia. She looked a bit.. creepy. She started backing away but bumped into Joseph by accident. "Oh.. I'm so sorry!" She runs a couple feet and hides behind a pole. "Why did I have these powers anyways?" She starts moving around a stone with her mind and throws it at a flagpole. She sighs.

Rosaline thought the coast was clear, so she walked back to the other contestants. She thought of making some friends a long the way, so they could be easier victims to slaughter. Rosaline walked up to Sylvia and introduced herself. "H-Hi.. Im Rosal-line.." She said, shaking. It was clear she was nervous.

Night engulfed the entire square, but not for long. As the last supernatural child stepped into the large square, spotlights lit up the stage. Not far off, the sound of rushing water filled the atmosphere. A large ship waited there, docked to the wooden bridge. A large light hit the middle of the stage, to reveal a tall pale women wearing a black dress with blood red jewels. A black brooch with silver designs etched in it clung to her long neck. Jet black hair hung down to her hips and a large diamond ring glittered on her right hand. Cold, gray piercing eyes stared out from her mane of hair. She looked to be about 35 years old and was wearing small heels. Armed men in black suits stood a two feet radius around her, each with a pistol and knife strapped to their belts. All wore sunglasses and an earpiece. The womens cold voice sounded.
"We will be hosting our Annual Supernatual Games this month. Here are the contestants of this year", she read off a white paper, naming everyone in the Square in a voice that cold soften steel.
