Alex smiled and said, "And off we go to the deaths that await us." She said with a mock happy tone. Then she nodded at his question.

Joseph looked at Sylvia, "Well I guess we won't see each other again once the games end, huh."

Jamie looked around at the people surrounding her, strategizing how to kill each one.

Phoebe stood on the deck, leaning against the rails with her fists pressed to her chest and her elbows dangling off the edges. Morning had come and no one had approached her for an alliance, which meant that if she was to act, she had better act now.

So far, she had noted, three alliances had been made. The first was a three-person group comprised of a girl with long black hair and purple eyes (Sylvia, she believed), a boy with unkempt black hair and brown eyes, and a girl with a sappy, melodramatic voice. This girl had only joined recently and Phoebe had not yet turned to look at her. These three she had to watch out for; as the largest current group, they formed the largest current threat. Another group was between a girl with a soft voice and someone named Selena (she'd seen her turn as their names were called.) Lastly, there was an alliance between a boy named Jasper and a girl with untidy black hair. Though she could only remember vague physical details about the lot of them, their voices were crystal clear in her head.

Who does this leave? she wondered, turning around just slightly to look for single figures.

Alex glanced at a girl that she had just noticed. She had a blonde/ brown bob cut and several piercings. She gazed at the girl for several moments, seizing her up. She seemed tough but Alex wasn't sure whether to worry or not. She wondered what the girl's power was and whether it would make her extra dangerous. She wasn't sure but didn't want the girl to notice her staring so she turned away. However she kept an eye on her out of the very corner of her eye.

Jamie saw a girl and looked at her piercings in disgust. Didn't this girl know that piercings were so two years ago? She wondered if the girl had looked in the mirror lately. She wasn't sure she just kept the disgusted look on her face as she stared at the girl.

While waiting for Sylvia's response, a girl with some nasty piercings caught her eye. "Hmm.. Maybe she can be an alliance." Rosaline walked over to the girl in disgust, but she replaced with a smile. "Hi, I'm Rosaline."

"Well, don't kill me for this.." Grace smiled half-heartedly at her sick joke. "But, I was thinking more along the lines of staying alive. In attacks, I mean." She looked around to make sure no one was listening. "I can turn invisible, but I can't kill someone with my own hands. Weapons. Food and shelter. Those things are most important in the beginning, in my own opinion."

Phoebe scanned the deck with calm grey eyes and a pensive expression on her face. Despite the multitude of piercings and a haircut that could be described as punk, she had a mature and lawful air about her.

The girl with the untidy hair had spared her a quick look, which she had answered with a knowledgeable blink. As the girl turned back around, however, Phoebe continued to examine the deck, and it was then that she noticed another girl openly staring at her. What with her impractically long (and probably dyed) blonde hair and aquamarine eyes, Phoebe decided to call her "Barbie." Barbie was quite openly glaring at her, though she wasn't quite sure why. She returned Barbie's look with a completely neutral expression, maintaining eye contact until she was approached from the side.

It was the melodramatic girl. Moments ago Phoebe had heard her mumbling to herself about an alliance, using quite the disgusted tone. She'd never thought that she could make so many enemies without ever having said a word. "Phoebe," she responded in a level, grounded tone. Her voice had a pleasant, song-like cadence.

Alex turned back to Jasper and said, "Should we extend our alliance to Joseph and Sylvia or not? I know Joseph won't kill me though he might kill you. Sylvia is very unpredictable so I am not sure. What do you think?" She asked him as she glanced at her brother and Sylvia. She rolled her eyes as she noticed that her brother was being his usual lazy self and was sleeping soundly. How could he think at a time like this? She thought as she looked at him wondering if he was the least bit worried.

Jamie was glancing around at everyone and was deciding how they should die. Alex was going to die slowly and painfully and Jamie was going to make sure of it. Jamie wasn't sure about the rest, if they didn't make her super mad she would allow them short easy deaths but if they got on her bad side she would make their deaths bad. Though not as bad as Alex's she decided quickly. She ignored the pierced girl's neutral look and began to decide her death.
