@spirit I'm glad that we've been able to work together to restore your account. It's quite a tragedy that your side was hacked.

I think this topic serves as an appropriate place for me to remind everybody to: always have a difficult password with lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and at least 1 symbol! This will make your account much more secure.

@bunnyshadow I wouldn't know, because I don't know anybody's passwords or technically have a way to retrieve them (the Macbots have a very highly technical way of encrypting passwords in the system, unknown to me).

Macbots are so smart.

@cynt5100 an ideal password length is 8+ characters.

@bunnyshadow well, Macbots are pretty rare in Ark. but there are many unseen Macbot minions that lurk and operate the backend of Egg Cave. 😱
