@cynder5@dashie~"Tusami!" Shadow called, carefully cantering forward. Seeing her friend and Dragon Born up ahead, Shadow increased speed."Get outta here, Dragon Born. If you know me, you must remember that I don't go down easily. Even Chrysalis, the changeling queen, fled from me. And I will not stop until I've rid Equestria of you." Shadow growled, stepping in front of Tusami."Now we can do this the easy way, or the hard way. You choose, Dragon Born."

@dashie~"Tsk, tsk. Looks like the hard way." Shadow muttered, and launched herself at Dragon Born."Stay away from Tusami!" Shadow yelled, kicking Dragon Born as hard as she could.

@ems~Dragon BornI pushed away the filly with little effort. "Your no match for me." I through Shadow into a tree then return to Tusami. "Don't hurt her." A voice rings through the forest. Painting Scars steps out, and growls at Dragon Born.

@dashie~"Painting Scars, I've got this. No pony else is getting hurt because of me." Shadow snarled as she pulled herself from the tree."I AM a match for you, dum dum. I got something you don't. A freaking HEART. So I will fight, tooth and hoof, for my friends. With a power not even you can match. So don't underestimate me. Chrysalis saw it, but maybe you're too thick to see it. Need a demonstration?" Shadow replied, cruelty in her tone.

@whispers"That'd be great!" he replied excitedly to Jay. "Finally, someone who can point me toward a hotel. Goodness knows I've been sleeping out on park benches for the last few days."He laughed in response to Rosecake. "It was fun while it lasted, but I don't think I'd want to do it again. That sounds nice; I'd love to see some of your paintings sometime."He then turned his head quickly, startled by Stargazer's voice. It was the first time he had heard it at appropriate volume. "Oh, uh, sorry," he said, turning so that she could see it. His cutie mark was a blank map, with a compass rose in the lower righthand corner. "It's for exploring," he explained.

@silver_winged Jay just nodded. She would show him the way once they'd finished their conversation."I can show you while we're headin' to the hotel," she whinnied. "My shop's on the way there!"Stargazer analyzed it. She hadn't seen one like this before. In fact; she'd never really paid attention to cutie marks anymore. But she guessed learning about them wouldn't be bad. "Cool. Where have you gone to?"

@whispers "Sounds like a plan!" he replied to Rosecake, before turning back to Stargazer. He felt like he was starting to get whiplash, trying to conduct so many separate conversations at once. "Plenty of places," he replied, trying to think of a few. "I grew up in Cloudsdale, so I guess that counts. From there, Los Pegasus, Canterlot, Appleloosa, Manehatten, Hoofington, Fillydelphia, Trottingham, Baltimare . . . y'know, around." He chuckled a bit.

@whispers He waited for a reply from Stargazer. When he didn't receive one, he just flashed a toothy smile before turning back to Jay. "Sounds like a plan," he replied with a nod. "After you."

@silver_winged Jay lead the way, heading into town. The hotel was in the center, and the market surrounded it. It was a bit crowded, and she didn't want to loose track of Blue Yonder.She turned around, "It's gonna be a bit crowded in the market, just stay on my tail. And Rosecake, we're going to your shop, right?"Rose nodded, "Yupperdoodles!"Jay sighed at her made up word. "Let's go." She made a quick turn into a small shack with paintings and drawings lining the walls.

@ems@cynder5~Dragon BornI looked at Shadow. I put a magic box around Tusami, so she could not run. "I'll be back my dear." I smiled. I watched as Painting Scars stepped back into the woods. "Yes, run you injured fool!" I screamed after her. "Now you little cowardly filly, come at me."

@dashie~Shadow was taken back by Dragon Born's sudden interest, but she didn't back down. "I have more courage than you think," she growled, and leaped at Dragon Born.Shadow kicked, hard. Sneering, she snarled, "My friends are not fools and are not to be toyed with."

@emsDragon Born~I stepped back at the fillys' power. I snarled as blood trickled from my nose. I used my magic, and put the filly in my sights. I picked her up, and threw her to the ground. I laughed at her pity. ~Painting ScarsI watched painfully. Shadow was hurt, and I knew it. I used my magic, and enchanted Dragon Born.

@dashie@cynder5~"You're nothing but a big bully, Dragon Born." Shadow snarled as she picked herself up, but her injured leg from before had only worsened from the fall. Shadow's leg buckled under her, and she cried out as she fell again, wincing in pain.

@cynder5 my dads@ems~Painting ScarsI could hold back no longer. I walked out, and stood up to Dragon Born. "Your dead." I let out a magical blast, and he easily dodges, and it hits Tusami's cage. The cage busted open. He snarled at me, and jumped. I shot a light beam at him, and he collapsed to the ground, with his final breath. I ran over to Shadow. "Are you ok?" I leaned over to help her when I was shot from behind. I took in a final deep breath, and landed in a heap of nothing next to Shadow.

@dashie~"NO!" Shadow screams, leaping in front of Painting Scars. "She can't die because I will alway be around." Shadow said softly. She closed her eyes and waited for death, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Even if I die." Shadow said in a small, strangled whisper.
