Who created the Scarrow?

I'm curious 😋 I was stalking in the Archives when noticed that the Scarrow is a user suggestion but it didn't show whom. Well, it can be that I missed and everybody knows the creator or it doesn't appear in the archives just for me ^^"

I don't know but I can't get it to work either o-o I've tried different ones that were user suggestions but it won't tell me xD

That's strange, I had thought that the name was inputted into the system. I've now fixed it to show the suggester (me 😋).
