@sstwinz"Tell me about it," Cinnamon Dust sighed in agreement. Depressed was the right word, but he wasn't the pony to give up so easily. He'll be the last pony to smile if he could. "You did look painfully bored at the vegetable stand earlier," he chuckled with her.Then he remembered something."Oh right, do you like racing? It's been a while since the last marathon. My legs need a good stretch, especially since we're going on a long scount soon," he neighed, as he stretched his backlegs. "Pegasi are such lithe runners, so I was wondering if you'd like to go racing with me sometime,"He then added bashfully, "That is, if you want to, of course," The grey stallion smiled bashfully.

Back at her cabin, she hummed happily as she dried off and began packing her saddlebags. "I have frie-ends...." She chanted in a sing-songy voice quietly. "I hope that Wednesday comes fast." She sighed. "It's time for me to get out of Ponyville..."

When was the last time I posted?! xD-Spearmint, noticing the food fighting ponies, trotted up to them. "Hello, my name is Spearmint. Can you sign up for the scouting? They really need help." she advised.

Also, when can we fast-forward?@sandstorm99--Shadow whistled as she strapped her saddlebags to her back and trotted off to buy some of her favorite treats, stopping in her tracks when she realized she was completely broke, her last two bits spent on veggies. Her smile faded, leaving a shocked expression as she trudged on. No money meant no food. No food mean, well, death. Shadow didn't want to die!

Finally doing a community service." he grunted, hugging his daughter tightly. "Dad, I'll only be gone for a while. Be back soon." Spearmint giggled, walking out the door.

XD *sigh of relief*@creampuff@sstwinz@neko-chan@sandstorm99--Still frightened at the prospect of not having any money, and not being allowed to work, Shadow took a deep breath as she strapped her saddlebags (complete with clasps that matched her cutie mark) to her back. Trotting out the door, Shadow wondered what her mother would've said--if she was a loving mother, of course. "Oh Shadow, I'm so proud of you!" Shadow's face crumpled, and she finally made it to the meeting place, a terrible frown on her face.

@sarahzafirah--Shadow looked up at Spearmint. "Spearmint, eh? You make some of the best mints in town." She said quietly, smiling a bit. "I'm Shadow." Shadow didn't have a specialty, really. Other than being determined, which wasn't working out so good now.

@creampuff @ems @sstwinz @sarahzafirah Midnight Splash bounced all the way to where the scouting group was meeting. "Hi hi! Big day!" She blew in her party horn, and showered confetti over everypony. "I can't wait to find them! Poor Pinkie pie! Poor everypony!!!" She blew a low tuba, and out came a few balloons with sad faces. THen she went back to her usual happy grin

@sandstorm99 -A mare named Carrot Top reprimanded Midnight Splash for being so happy. "Shut it. It's the end of Equestria, don't be so glad." she grunted, before Spearmint could stand up. "Hey you!" Spearmint shouted to Carrot Top, causing the orange pony to glare at her. "Yes, you! Don't be so mean, the scouts are doing their best to find them!"

She skipped around in a circle, having too much energy to stay still in one place. They were looking for the BIG 6! And the PRINCESS!!! This was going to be fun! Spearmint's words echoes through her head. End of Eqeuestria? Midnight Splash did not get that, she was too optimistic to think about that.

"Why can't we all just shut up for a minute and enjoy some peace and quiet?" She muttered. Couldn't the other scouts come already so they could leave? Shadow wished that Midnight Splash would shut her trap for just a day. /That mare is so loud.../ Shadow thought.

"How could someone not like my enthusiasm? Not like my willingness? Not like my optimistic that keeps Ponyville from becoming a bore?!" Her head lowered in sadness. No pony liked her.

@sandstorm99 All Shadow asked was for some quiet. She didn't say anything about hating Midnight Splash. And Midnight thinks she has it bad? Oh boy, she's in for it now...@creampuff@sstwinz@neko-chan@sarahzafirah--Shadow turned on the upset mare. "So, you think you have it bad? You think everypony hates you? Well, you're wrong!" The filly boiled with rage. "You don't even know what 'having it bad' is! You don't know what hate feels like! Your mommy loves you, and your daddy does too. You have tons of friends who think the world of you!" Shadow's face began to crumple."I'm going home!" She shouted and raced off, dropping her saddle bags by accident on the way.

@ems xD I like making her dramatic.. and lol!Midnight Splash looked at Shadow, looked at herself, looked at her balloons, looked at the other ponies. Thoughts whirled in her head. My mommy and daddy to love me! I think I have friends.. I think everypony's just in a bad mood. Except for Shadow, she seems always depressed and sad. What was with that pony? If only the party and friends had cheered that filly up. She quietly trotted after her, not bouncing now.

@sarahzafirah Is it possible for Pepper to be drafted into going, like in a war? đ Otherwise the roleplay will be 'The super fun adventures of the other ponies while Pepper trains in his basement.' He's not really the type to sign up. đ

@sandstorm99 XD Same... Shadow's a crier sometimes. đ She is just a filly though. :x--Shadow wasn't going to cry... Wasn't going to cry... She felt tears flood her eyes and she sped up, ignoring the stares she was getting for her outburst. The tears spilled over, and Shadow could barely see where she was going. She let herself cry silently, not noticing that Midnight Splash was following her. /They have everypony they need. I have nopony./ Shadow let it sink in, and as soon as she reached the treeline, she heard the hoofsteps behind her. Flipping out her wings, Shadow took to the air, flying just below the treeline and crashing into everything.

@ems Poor filly!Midnight Splash started going faster, spotting Shadow's body crashing everywhere. With a burst of magic, she teleported herself a few feet in front of Shadow, in the air. Once it was over, she crashed to the floor. Yikes! Her back throbbed, and she only hoped that it was enough to gain Shadow's attention.

XD--Shadow screamed in confusion at the unicorn's sudden appearence, tightly turning to avoid hitting the mare and careening into a large tree, flopping to the ground with a groan of pain. Curling into a ball, Shadow sniffled a bit. "Why don't you go with the scouts, instead of wasting your time with a stupid, worthless pegasus who can't even fly?" She suggested glumly, pulling herself up. A large bump formed on Shadow's head. "I'll be fine... Not like this hasn't happened a million times..."

@ems Lol!Midnight Splash had her legs splayed out beneath her and her chin on the groun with a bruise. "Hey, we need a worthless pegasus who can't fly!" As optimistic as she was, she tended to be an idiot. "Besides, you should have more fun! Clearly I was wrong when I thought the party would help you." SHe stood up carefully, slightly wincing. "Come on! Nopony's leaving without you!"
