Stormpaw shrieked in terror involuntarily, the creatures were awful! She felt tears prick her eyes, and the familiar feeling of stupid seep in. She leapt from the shadows. "You're not going to eat my friend! May you all die by my claws!" She squeaked.

The pack leader turned to her voice. "Well well, a young petty cat.. you can be dessert, don't you think?" He lifted a humongous claw an dug a whole the size of a cat easily. "I could merely shove you in this whole and watch you die.. so what will it be? Run away, or die?"

Stormpaw's eyes blazed with fury. "It won't be me dead, it'll be you!" She yowled, furious. /What?! Are you nuts? That thing with murder you!/ Her conscious protested, but the stupid had taken over, leaving the young cat very stupidly brave. Her wings fanned out. "You don't mess with Moonclan!"

He was CUT off by the sound of Dawnrise slapping him. She rasped through the pain. "You will die, Soul Eater."

"Dawnrise!" Stormpaw called, distressed. Her attention was drawn to the name of the creature and it's comments on her bravery. "Soul...." She gave up. "Dawnrise get away! I'll buy you some time!" Stormpaw yowled, tears flooding her eyes again. "I won't let them eat you!"

Dawnrise feebly dragged herself away. A guard planted a covered thing in her face. "You'll go nowhere." Her mind whirled. "Hey look it's a pigeon!" She yelled, then flapped away she they were looking away
Soul Eater hissed underneath his cloak. "So you know my name, now what are you going go do, cat? Everyone thinks you're useless, weak, a pain. Why bother? They won't even miss you'"

Windleaf stopped at Sky Hollow. "I want to work on a more challenging move today." He looked at Batpaw with bright eyes. "When someone lunges for you, backdrop in the air and land squarely on their shoulders. It's hard, but I think you can do it."

The creature snickered. "Except for you." Hid voice mimicked Shadowstar's perfectly. "Go back to the camp for the rest of the day." Then her sister's. "You nearly died! Don't ever do that again." Soul Eater snarled. "They treat you like a kit." At his words, half of the creatures silently slithered to behind Stormpaw. "Because you are one."

Snowdash watched with wide eyes as everything happened, Stormpaw's fall and all. He blinked. Wow... then he realized Dawnrise was missing. He got up and searched for her. "Uh, Dawnrise?" He called. Then he spotted Stormpaw and padded over to her.
He widened his eyes. "What's that... faceless thingy?" He called. Then he saw everything. "Oh no!" He yowled and flew over to Dawnrise and Stormpaw's side.

Soul Eater lifted the limp body of Dawnrise. "I'm afraid you're too late." He snarled, and tossed Dawnrise away like a piece of prey
Dawnrise gasped, in pain. She haven't told any cat she was so close to kitting, and they were coming right now, She moaned, losing strength rapidly. At last the moments were over, and there lay 2 dead kits and 1 live weak one. The 2 dead ones were light brown tabby with broad shoulders and white muzzles. One had a gray ear and a white tail. The living one was an exact replica to Dawnrise, except she had a white streak across her back. Dawnrise's eyes flickered. "I name you.. Deathkit. To remind you all how painful death is.." She hated that kit so much, it would bring them all pain. She lifted a claw and dug it deep in its face. "I hope your life is terrible." She said to the kit, and then she gasped, taking her last breath. She was still forever,
Meanwhile Deathkit was confused. Why was mother hurting her?

Featherpelt ran out of the camp as she heard the other's coming back. "Where's Dawnrise?" She asked before reaching over to take the small kit.
