@skittlejgOhhhhh............................. I see. Lol Kind of reminds me of ModelUN because we were being NATO and we started WW3 with Russia. Kind of off topic there.So I shall sit in wait for the day more posts are written in the rp. *pokes @mila_titan since I feel like she should post next.* XP

Super sorry @skittlejg I am going to get on that right now! How are we kidnapped? Are they on foot, or what?
cirrus • 15 February 2014 at 9:52 AM
@mila_titan Well, I assume your character is just walking to the store and he gets attacked and then my character tries to help them, and then they both get kidnapped.
skylark • 15 February 2014 at 2:44 PM
Kidnapping? Plot advancement finally! Odd way to do it but alright 😋Guess my poor tired boy will randomly cycle in on an obscure road where he gets kidnapped. Ahh, he'd been cycling all night though 😋@skittlejg @jupiter_hollow
spiritkoi • 15 February 2014 at 4:20 PM
@skittlejg Just posted again. IM TOK EXCITED AND IMPATIENT AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Deleted • 15 February 2014 at 8:11 PM
@skittlejg So confused. Where are you?
cirrus • 15 February 2014 at 9:05 PM
@mila_titan Well, I'm typing up a new post right now, but I got kidnapped. I'm being dragged away with a bag over my head and my hands tied behind my back, so I suspect you'd be in the same position. 😃EDIT: @poe Just wondering, would you be mad if I changed Terrakinesis to Telekinesis. It'd be slightly different, but I'm kind of getting all sciency and wanting to change that power to something more scientific. Since we have the manipulation of liquids and gases, I'd like the manipulation of solids. Of course, you'd still be able to manipulate earth and metal, but you'd also be able to manipulate shoes or something. xD Whatever, as long as it's solid. And of course, if you really don't want to, I wont make you change your power since that is unfair of me, but I'd appreciate it if you did.EDIT AGAIN:I'm going to go ahead and post here some information about the science behind how the powers work. I won't do this for every power, but I will for some, just to further explain your powers to you. Sorry, but for biomorphing, therianthropy, and aural manipulation there is no way to scientifically explain that. 😃Sonokinesis is really the ability to control the vibration of atoms as a group in somewhat of a chain reaction, allowing the control of the direction, frequency, amplitude, etc. of sound. In solids, you could even split apart molecules with enough power. Originally, you only have the power to manipulate existing vibrations of atoms, but in the advanced form, you can create even more powerful vibrations out of silence. This power does work through all states of matter, solid, liquid, gas, or plasma. In other words, all states of matter can vibrate. This makes it useful because it can do damage to something on the other side of a wall. And, as stated before, if the amplitude and frequency can get high enough, it can completely knock over a tree. It can be similar to an earthquake, causing violent shaking and then a sudden stop as the sound waves pass through something.Electrokinesis is actually the ability to remove electrons from surrounding atoms and concentrate them into a single current flowing between two positively charged particles. In the advanced form, the control of single electrons is possible, which could give users the ability to force the formation of electric bonds. Manipulation of electrical synapses in the nervous system could also effect emotions and a persons senses, especially touch.Aerokinesis is the ability to manipulate the particles in a gas. In it's advanced form, the energy transfer between gas particles can be manipulated, creating fog, fire, or even plasma.Botanokinesis, in it's most scientific way of viewing it, is the ability to stimulate rapid growth and movement in plants and fungi. In it's advanced form, movement of plant or fungi tissues not attached to the living plant anymore can be manipulated contrary to the law of gravity.Thermokinesis at the atomic level is the ability to control the transfer of energy between atoms. It is like sonokinesis, but rather than controlling the vibrations of a group of atoms in a chain reaction, it is slowing up or speeding down the vibration of individual atoms. In it's advanced form, particles below freezing or above ionization point can be controlled. By setting off what is similar to the chain reaction used in sonokinesis, temperatures can be projected forward, gaining force as they go along.Hydrokinesis is the ability to controls anything that is in the liquid state of matter. In the advanced form, any solid that melts at room temperature, such as ice, or a gas that is close to condensation level or humid, can be manipulated as well.EM Spectrum Manipulation is the most diverse of all the gifts. On one end of the scale, is the ability to control radio waves (not very useful). Microwaves can be used to heat up something. Infrared light can be reflected back into the user's or another's eye and used to see at night or to detect heat. It can be used to heat things, though it's not as effective as microwaves. Visible light can be manipulated, changing the distribution of photons in an area, creating brighter or dimmer light. The wavelengths of visible light that matter absorbs and reflects can be manipulated. This could be used to change the color of something or create illusions. Ultraviolet light manipulation can be used to shield the suns rays or shine bright UV light on somebody, giving an extreme sunburn radiation burn. X-ray manipulation can be used to create x-rays and bounce them back into the user's or another's eye, giving them x-ray vision. This would mean being able to see various levels of density (such as in an actual x-ray, not just seeing through things like your freakin' Superman xD). Control of gamma rays would allow you protect others from radiation or use radiation poisoning as an attack.

@skittlejgCan I propose something that's halfway between the two? Like manipulation of solids, but in particular things made from metal atoms? So she can still manipulate molten rock (lava/magma)?Also, I know a lot of science-y things, so don't even worry about the lack of science in my posts. I'll be doing my best to keep things relatable to science because I just love science. And lucky for me, I've done quite a bit of physics and am familiar with wave mechanics and interesting things I could do with them. 😋Though I've got to point out that regardless of manipulation of infrared light, the human eye still can't see it so it still wouldn't be helpful to see at night. Though what could be cool is manipulating infrared to become invisible to something that does view infrared. Which would be sweet because no one could find them!
cirrus • 17 February 2014 at 8:51 AM
@poeYea sure. I mean, it's your power. 😸😃Yea I know. He can't actually use that power yet, so I was thinking of coming up with an explanation like he can turn the infrared light into visible light that's equally proportional. Same thing with X-ray vision. 😃
poe • 17 February 2014 at 12:16 PM
@skittlejgThat would sweet. I'm also curious about hydrokinesis. So is that just things with the H2O molecule or anything liquid?
cirrus • 17 February 2014 at 5:35 PM
@poe Well, I call it hydrokinesis, but really, it's any liquid molecule. It doesn't have to be water. 😋
poe • 20 February 2014 at 8:18 PM
@jupiter_hollowWhen you've got the time (since I know people often are busy, myself included) you should toss a post on the rp. 😃
cirrus • 20 February 2014 at 8:28 PM
@poe I know. Sorry, I'm waiting for @spiritkoi to have her conversation with Nicolaus. 😃
poe • 20 February 2014 at 8:30 PM
@skittlejgDon't worry about it. I just happen to be bored so I'm going through rps to see which ones I can post in because I'm on a bus between cities with not much else to do.
cirrus • 20 February 2014 at 8:59 PM
@poe It's fine. 😃@spiritkoi You mind postin' soon. 😉
spiritkoi • 20 February 2014 at 9:06 PM
@skittlejg Tomorrow. I'm sorta grounded. 😋
jupiter_hollow • 22 February 2014 at 3:07 PM
@skittlejg @spiritkoi @poeAnyone fill me in? xD
poe • 22 February 2014 at 3:10 PM
@jupiter_hollowUm. I think not a whole lot happened. Just people are starting to get captured. Let's see.... Pele was just captured. Mila_titan's character was captured with one of Skittle's, Magnus was captured, Spiritkoi's was captured... I think that's everyone so far? A quick skim of who posted should give you an idea if you need more info. Joshua's still chillin' on a highway somewhere alone. Lol!
jupiter_hollow • 22 February 2014 at 3:13 PM
@poeHe's chillin' near Catalin, yeah xDAnd I need to post for Cornelia and Jack... though I did draw them, so I'm more in touch with their appearances xD
poe • 22 February 2014 at 3:21 PM
@jupiter_hollowCan I see? (Lol I love looking at other people's art.)I still need to draw Joshua. I totally feel as if drawing out a character really helps me define who they are in a concrete sense as opposed to having various ideas floating around loosely in my brain.
jupiter_hollow • 22 February 2014 at 3:31 PM
@poeHeck yeah it does =D And I'm tempted to draw out their expressions and all (though Cornelia's are limited and aren't displayed on her face xD), but it's like a way of increasing character dynamics (or lackthereof, darnit Cornelia 8I)
poe • 22 February 2014 at 3:39 PM
@jupiter_hollowOH and when you get your character in that perfect pose with the perfect expression you're like "WE UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER" at your character because yeah. Or that makes no sense. But with the picture of Pele I was just like, YES. That is her!
jupiter_hollow • 22 February 2014 at 3:42 PM
@poeI usually draw mine to the collarbone first xD Because I like detailed things and I can't draw a face too small, therefore I don't get space left for the entire body >.<So I don't share your happiness xD Because I rarely do poses .-.
poe • 22 February 2014 at 4:02 PM
@jupiter_hollowGetting the right face is still a very good feeling. I like whole bodies because I like to draw all the shapes and lines and stuff. Details are the best. And it's true that drawing tiny faces is a pain. Especially because I end up obsessively sharpening my pencil a lot. Lol
jupiter_hollow • 22 February 2014 at 4:05 PM
@poeYass you understand my excruciating pain in all aspects of arttttt D'x em so cry.also coloring = no; just no.
cirrus • 22 February 2014 at 4:06 PM
@jupiter_hollow Yeah, people have just been getting kidnapped. Nicolaus (the guy that's in charge of the kidnapping and stuff) has convinced Magnus to join his side. That's pretty much it. 😃
poe • 22 February 2014 at 4:15 PM
@jupiter_hollowHaha I do! I have done a lot of art and I definitely know the pains of traditional stuff. Because I don't digital. XDAnd I had planned to colour Pele, but I remembered I hate all the erasing lines and stuff and I didn't wanna mess up the sketch because I was so pleased with it, so she had to stay uncoloured. I might try drawing Joshua bigger so I can colour him. I LOVE colours.Pencil crayons = +- ❤️(It's a love/hate thing.)@skittlejgHi there! 😃
jupiter_hollow • 22 February 2014 at 4:23 PM
@skittlejg OOOOH ;]@poeI have recently entered digital but like... >.> no.i hate colors D'x I like shading but I HATE EEEEEE EEE EE EEEEE E coloring anythng, unless it's neutrals or if I draw them with a single color pencil. Like only red or smth.Never troed those xD
poe • 22 February 2014 at 4:28 PM
@jupiter_hollowThey're one of the hardest to do at first, I think, but once you really get the hang of it (and have like a bazillion of them) you can just go at it with ease.Except the erasing pencil lines part. GOSH DARN IT (which would otherwise be in stronger language) DO I HATE that part. It's SO tedious! Oh and pencil crayons can take a really long time. :c
cirrus • 22 February 2014 at 4:40 PM
@poe Hey. 😃@jupiter_hollow Also, I did a more "scientific" explanation for your powers, and kind of ended up expanding them a little bit. Not a lot though. 😋"Electrokinesis is actually the ability to remove electrons from surrounding atoms and concentrate them into a single current flowing between two positively charged particles. In the advanced form, the control of single electrons is possible, which could give users the ability to force the formation of electric bonds. Manipulation of electrical synapses in the nervous system could also effect emotions and a persons senses, especially touch."
